The food here isn’t bad, it’s actually pretty good IF it’s done right. Most of the time, the people here can mess up a simple sandwich. Sometimes when ordering a BLT they’ll drench it in mayonnaise, and it feels like I was eating mayonnaise with a side of BLT. Not to mention the service. Someone could walk in, and the workers would look at each other with a look of “so are you gonna take the order or should I?” Quite unwelcoming.

Hospitality is unheard of at this establishment. If you're looking to walk into a space and receive no greeting, no smile, looked at like you're a complete pain in the butt come on in. Food is decent.

The coffee and the food is great just the service from one of the barista’s was subpar, I’ve been using my metal cup to get coffee for years now and for the first time was refused And when I asked why she said “I don’t know, it’s just a Covid procedure that we do” but I’ve always known it as you’re supposed to not handover the lid, which is the contaminated part because it touched my mouth, but the cup is fine, she’s still insisted to pour it into a Paper cup and then I pour into mine. Little redundant, especially six years past Covid

Love, love, love this place! The bagels are always fresh and amazing, and the coffees are just as good. The ladies who work here are the sweetest they’re always kind, welcoming, and ready with great suggestions.
They also offer a bagel bar for events, which is so fun and unique to our area. Overall, just an amazing spot with great food, great service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere!

Wow, this place fell off. Ordered the full lox, a long time favorite of mine at this business, and couldn’t even eat half of it because the salmon was so overpoweringly fishy. Didnt taste fresh at all. Aside from that, the portion of fish, had it been edible, was puny. This place has changed. Not at all the experience I remember. Or maybe the girls at the counter were too busy discussing their boy problems to notice what ingredients they were putting on my bagel?

The bagels are great/tasty but the system is rough. Always have to wait 10-15 minutes minimum sometimes 45 minutes for a single bagel sandwich because they essentially only make them one at a time, 1 order at a time, and you can get put behind call-in/pickup orders in line, even if you are on site. A lot of the employees appear to only have narrowly defined tasks and don't assist with bagel making, instead tidying up or chatting at the register even if you are waiting 20 minutes for them to finish the 1 ticket in of you.

I love bagel works but they never get my order right. It's my fault for not checking after the first 3 wrong orders. Luckily the food is great. But still. I do have a preference. Staff today was not friendly as normal.
