The bagels are great/tasty but the system is rough. Always have to wait 10-15 minutes minimum sometimes 45 minutes for a single bagel sandwich because they essentially only make them one at a time, 1 order at a time, and you can get put behind call-in/pickup orders in line, even if you are on site. A lot of the employees appear to only have narrowly defined tasks and don't assist with bagel making, instead tidying up or chatting at the register even if you are waiting 20...
I love bagel works but they never get my order right. It's my fault for not checking after the first 3 wrong orders.
Luckily the food is great. But still. I do have a preference.
