Blue Barn has been my happy place since they opened! So much, that I find an excuse to visit every month or so for brunch or lunch for a birthday celebration, friend or family visiting from out of town, Mother's Day or because a day of the week ends in a Y! I am in love with their housemade rosemary shortbread, turkey sandwich, brisket sandwich and everything on their brunch menu! The last few times I've been were after noon, and they were always sold out of the shortbread, so you'll want to arrive earlier than that to grab one or two! They're staff are so kind and helpful and check on you during your meal to ensure everything is just right! Five stars for Neil, as he was born to work with the public! I'm so grateful for this darling establishment!!!

Excellent stop for brunch, food was fantastic!
There is everything to love about this place - great food great service friendly people nice grounds for eating and relaxing with a beer or wine.
Except for the freeway noise that is right next to the property, it got a little annoying. Personally I would put up a brick or block wall to eliminate some of the constant car noise. The grounds are nice and relaxing minus the cars.

Came up the hill for the peach thing at BVO, but the lines were so long that we decided not to even try to eat there. Thank you Google Maps, because we ended up at Blue Barn Provisions and were VERY happy!! I had the Roasted Turkey | French Brie + Apricot with Spring Greens on Ciabatta. My husband had the Smoked Beef Brisket | Crispy Onions + Horseradish Cream on Ciabatta. Both of these were AMAZINGLY GOOD!! They served the perfect amount of potato salad and pickled cucumber & carrots with the sandwiches, which were also very yummy. We both ate everything on our plates and actually wanted to lick the plates clean. LOL!! Unfortunately, we did not think to take pics. You’ll just have to go try them yourself.

Such delicious food! This family owned eatery is simply awesome. The food is excellent and a true treat in our county. Loved it all! Try the quinoa arugula salad. Sorry no photo I inhaled it!

We had out of town company here and called for reservations for 15 people which turned into 20 and they were able to accommodate us all on their big inside table. The service was great, the food was great and it was a very pleasant experience. A few of us also wandered next-door to the little shop that just opened and purchase some flowers, which were very beautiful And grown locally.
We stopped by this place with our dog’s on a trip to Sly Park to go hiking (we drove up from Sacramento). We just happened to discover it when searching for dog friendly places with food and drinks. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a nice place with great craft beer and food selections. We’ll be back.
We were looking for a new place to go and we spotted this little gem. They got a bartender and hostess that were super friendly. Honestly, that is becoming really kinda rare, so it was pretty comforting to find that going on as soon as we walked in. They also have a baker, wow, but I didn't get a chance to chat, as she was passing through quickly with determination on her face. Their cookies and peanut butter bars looked scrumptious, but we said we'd catch them on the flip flop as I think we were feeling a little pudgy that day. Not overly, but just enough to skip the treats this time around. The food was so tasty. I had the BLT. The bartender told me theirs was the best around, and mentioned he had it, too, for his lunch. It was indeed mighty fine grub, no lie. We also had the chili, and it really hit the spot. Spot on, even. We'll be returning, and if the weather permits, we wanna sit outside and, you know, smell the flowers. Well done, folks!
Rude owner who does not respect the customer
Had the tacos. Not much meat, at all, for $17. The BLT was tasty but shouldn't be called a BLT if you are only planning on using two pieces of bacon. Flavor was good. Service was fine enough for not being busy (2:30 pm on the weekend).
Atmosphere is Meh. Overall nothing I'd go out of my way for. Expensive for the portions that I had. The beer was cold at least *shrugs*
1st review I've left in over 2 yrs. No clue how it's at a 4.5 star rating
