My sister, daughter and I were there today and unfortunately felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable when we first walked in. I've lived in this community for the last 17 years and have never felt rasicm like I felt today. In today's day and age this should not happen. I feel very saddened by today's interaction. We will definitely not be back. Hopefully the owners and staff will endeavor to do better.

I recently visited Cappelli to wine taste and loved the concept of local wines with reusable bottles. Cristine guided our party through our tasting and was very knowledgeable about the wines. This place is almost too good to be true. Fantastic wines, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, low prices and they recycle the bottles. I feel like when I walk through their doors I am entering another world. I have told everyone I know about this place, including members of my Italian language group in Sacramento. Added bonus: when Marco is there I can practice my Italian! Bellisima!

We came in to pick up my sister's wine club shipment and ended up becoming members ourselves. We enjoyed every one of the wines we tried and it's so refreshing to find a place that doesn't charge an insane tasting fee just because they can. Love the sustainability aspect and the wine prices are so reasonable. Staff was great and we even got to meet the owner. We were just traveling through after doing some wine tasting in Sonoma County, and I have to say this experience was my favorite:)

Cappella wineNice pleased to relax and have a nice glass of wine from the region around Placerville, the Gold country . at the foot of the sierra, Nevada he’s not well-known like the Napa valley or Sonoma.. but it worth a trip to taste some thing different. And experiencing the history of the town of Placerville and surrounding area.
