Enchanted Forest Dining Experience

Celebrated our friend's birthday here and had an absolute blast! The staff, food, and ambiance were amazing, overall it was a fantastic night and I would definitely recommend it!

The first thing that hit me when we walked in was the stuffiness of the room. The vibe was cool but too stuffy for me. The service was not good at all which caused us to order an appetizer and leave. The intent was to have dinner and experience what the hype was all about and it just didn't meet the mark.

Everyone was great! We have an autistic child with us and they were all amazing with her!! She asked everyone for a picture and they each stopped to take one with her! Great staff!! The food... my, oh my. Amazing. We had an amazing time!!

We were celebrating out anniversary and had a wonderful time. Love the venue and ambiance. The service was great and our four course fondue dinner was outstanding. We love coming here.

Kaitlynn the owner is exceptional. The new years menu to fondue everything was excellent. It's an experience and I encourage everyone to come and enjoy it.

Reasonably priced 3-course meal. Delicious food. Setting was beautiful (acoustics could have been better but not worth deducting a star). Server was attentive despite being short staffed. Highly recommend.

What a really fun place to go. Food is good, excellent service, fun environment.Great for families, dates.If you're feeling a little whimsical, this is the place to go.

Our granddaughters really enjoyed the magic of the Enchanted Forest. So much creativity and energy has gone into the ambience and decor. We appreciate the EF team making us feel welcome and well taken care of at our pre-Christmas celebratory lunch. We enjoyed it so much that we are bringing our big kids later today for dinner. They didn't want to miss out.

Extremely slow service for a 4:15 pm reservation when there was only a handful of people there. Waited over 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge our table. We were never offered drink refills. It was an entire hour before our first fondue pot arrived. Our request for gluten free dippers was not communicated and our dippers were in fact not gluten free. It was blamed on a new employee in the kitchen. All in all... very poor service.

Let's start by saying. I have never been to this place before so I decided to take my family there to try it. I went on 12/14/25 about 530pm. First I waited about 10 minutes before someone said anything to me I ask for a table for 3 because I didn't have a reservation I was told it would be about 35 to 45 minutes to wait. Then I was told that if I wanted to I could sit my family at the bar. I have a 9 year old kid and no kid should sit at a bar. It was very unprofessional to even ask. If that's how they want to run there business by putting kids at the bar, then they should have closed down. I will never try again to visit there business

First time coming here and it was way more than I thought it would be! The decor and overall vibe of the place was very welcoming and it was even more fun once we bought the plastic elf ears. The bartenders, especially Amanda and Sarah, and the rest of the staff were amazing and I cannot wait to go back now that their lease has been renewed!

I loved this place. My boyfriend took me here for a date night and it was absolutely beautiful. The service was great, the food was fantastic. I loved the mead drinks we got, and both our dinners were delicious.

Our food was not great, the short rib and filet mignon was really tough and overcooked while the vegetables were undercooked. The atmosphere was fun and the server was very accommodating and did offer us a discount and to try a new dish but we did not end up ordering anything else. Not worth the price.

I rate this a 3.8. But had to give it 4.
I've been here twice. Once about 3ish years ago and came last weekend.
I was hoping my first time was a one off, but it wasnt. The food is soooo bland, flavorless. For how much the food is, I expect a little better. They dont add salt/pepper shakers to the tables. My meal was supposed to come with roasted vegetables and they weren't on the plate.
The place is cute but could definitely use some updating. It has big potential.
Employees are nice.
