The selection is quite small. I was expecting more baked goods like sweet bread and cakes but there wasn't much choices . I ended up getting a blueberry coffee cake slice for $5 which tasted great.

I finally visited Floirless for the first time and I was absolutely impressed. I was helped by the owner himself who was incredibly sweet and helpful. I got the blueberry and strawberry scones and I don't know that I have ever had a more delicious scones in my life. Everything in the display case looked absolutely divine and I can't wait to go back and try something else. I definitely recommend going out of your way to try it out.

They have a huge selection of delicious gluten free baked goods and everyone there is so nice! My husband and I come in almost every weekend to try something new. I'm from the bay area and when in Sacramento I always stop at Co-op to get their gluten free sourdough. I've tried so many different gluten free breads and I have to say not only are they the cleanest ingredients they are also the best I've had. Most gluten free bread have bad oils or some bad ingredient so I'm grateful that I found their bloom bread.

This is the absolute best gluten free dedicated bakery I have ever been too! Absolutely everything they have is delicious. My non celiac husband was blown away at the high quality baked goods. Saturday and Sundays they have fresh cinnamon rolls. They don’t crumble and aren’t dry. They are worth the hour long drive I take to get there. Stock up on their breads! They freeze so well! The level of expertise the owner has is mind blowing. Literally a gluten free mastermind.
