Flourless has the best desserts! I don’t have gluten restrictions myself and cannot tell the difference in Richard’s creations. He’s very talented and is always creating new options. I highly recommend stopping in, you will love it!

They make a nice range of beautiful, inventive and totally delicious products. Every time I give one of their gluten-free pastries to someone who is used to flour, they can't believe how good they are. Non gluten-free people should really try this bakery.

The selection is quite small. I was expecting more baked goods like sweet bread and cakes but there wasn't much choices . I ended up getting a blueberry coffee cake slice for $5 which tasted great.

Absolutely amazing. I've been gluten free for over 20 years and the pistachio cake was one of the best gluten free, if not the best, that I have ever had. The pastry chef is very friendly and gives great gluten free recommendations for baking

I finally visited Floirless for the first time and I was absolutely impressed.
I was helped by the owner himself who was incredibly sweet and helpful. I got the blueberry and strawberry scones and I don't know that I have ever had a more delicious scones in my life.
Everything in the display case looked absolutely divine and I can't wait to go back and try something else.
I definitely recommend going out of your way to try it out.

I have celiac and I’m constantly on the lookout for high quality food that I can trust and that’s exactly what you’ll find at the Flourless Bakery! They have a huge selection of delicious gluten free baked goods and everyone there is so nice! My husband and I come in almost every weekend to try something new. It’s truly an amazing spot for baked goods if you have allergies - we love it!

Nestled in a hidden corner of Main Street in Placerville, there's a charming little bake shop called Flourless that you absolutely must visit! Let me tell you, their cinnamon roll is beyond delicious. It's not just any cinnamon roll, it's gluten-free too! Talk about a win-win! They have a whole gluten-free extravaganza going on there. You've got to try it out! The only thing I wish they had was coffee or tea to go with it, but no worries, you can find that at a few other nearby spots. So what are you waiting for? Head over to Flourless and treat yourself to a scrumptious gluten-free delight!

I'm from the bay area and when in Sacramento I always stop at Co-op to get their gluten free sourdough. I've tried so many different gluten free breads and I have to say not only are they the cleanest ingredients they are also the best I've had. Most gluten free bread have bad oils or some bad ingredient so I'm grateful that I found their bloom bread.

This is the absolute best gluten free dedicated bakery I have ever been too! Absolutely everything they have is delicious. My non celiac husband was blown away at the high quality baked goods. Saturday and Sundays they have fresh cinnamon rolls. They don’t crumble and aren’t dry. They are worth the hour long drive I take to get there. Stock up on their breads! They freeze so well! The level of expertise the owner has is mind blowing. Literally a gluten free mastermind.
