Worst online ordering experience. Worst service experience, and being charged for something that is inedible (undercooked) and very different from my order.
Phoenix (shrimp) and (dragon) with pork chow mein somehow turned into undercooked and some raw bits shrimp with uncooked vegetables, pork fried rice, and chicken chow mein.
When I called to resolve she told me I was wrong and even though my receipt and tag taped to the bag said one thing, that is not what their Phoenix and Dragon Dinner has... which makes their online ordering fraud. Same rice/noodle situation on the other dinner and it looks very oily/greasy.

Dietary restrictions: If you want raw food, they don’t cook it all the way.
Be careful if you have allergies like I do because what I ordered is not what I got but they insisted it was correct (despite saying different on the order ticket taped to the bag)

This is one of my go to Chinese eateries when I am in the Placerville area. The food is always tasty and they give you large portions. Good prices. I've always been happy with their food and the staff is always helpful and nice. Comfortable environment.

On the way to South Tahoe we had lunch in Golden Dragon. There are many Chinese restaurants in town. It was picked because we missed it the last time we passed by 12 years ago. It was closed on Monday.

It is a normal Chinese join, nothing fancy. We had a Kung Pao shrimp and Hunan beef. It earns my 5-stars by good service, large quantity, and great price. The beef is tender and juicy. The shrimps have fresh pepper flavour. The noodle is on the greasy side. Lunch special price worked on Sunday, a big plus. Lunch for two sums up <$25.

I'm very impressed with this restaurant. The construction that has been going on has disabled their internet service and as such they were not able to process my card. But they allowed me to go find some cash to withdraw. The staff is very friendly and they make delicious food and it comes out very fast. I recommend putting some light music in the dining room and maybe a few other little fun things but that is all. Definitely will try again someday.

Parking: You might see some construction going on right now but there are green ramps allowing you to go into the lot, so don't worry.
