Knowing how good the food can be here I was more than willing to make the 90 mile round trip for your food $60.00 for a 2 meat and 1 meat plate 3 puny St Louis Ribs was a rip off Over cooked and dry So disappointed Aaron would be ashamed On the positive side the sides were great and the Brisket was perfect Really hate not getting what I paid for knowing that I have here in previous trips St Louis Ribs that I know of have large meaty bones Juicy and not crispy chewy Have a nice day So sad when businesses don't own their faults and there's no retribution for their inadequacies Thank goodness for Karma

Hog Wild catered the smoked meats for a game night home event. It was perfect! Everyone enjoyed the ribs, chicken and apple sausage. Leftovers were even better. The staff was professional, friendly and timely. What more can you ask for? I would absolutely recommend to keep your party simple.

Great service! Texas brisket was a bit dry (from Austin and love Franklins), cornbread and beans were awesome! Green beans weren't great. Wish they had collard greens and okra!

Saint Louis ribs were the best. Everything else was pretty good too, but I recommend the St. Louis ribs.
Ordered ribs, pulled pork and jalapeño cheese sausage. Sides consisted of mashed potatoes and gravy, potato salad, coleslaw, cornbread with honey butter, along with additional sides of mac & cheese and side salad. The ribs and pulled pork were very dry and overcooked. I did enjoy the sausage along with the cornbread and honey butter. The potato salad was OK along with the coleslaw. The mashed potatoes didn’t have much flavor. I’ve eaten there before and had great service and food. This might’ve just been an off day.

Food was tasty but we must have got there to late as my portions of ribs and brisket were really small. My wife had the brisket sandwich and it was a little dry. We will try it again earlier in the day to see if that makes a difference.
