To that person that gave a one star review, I feel sorry for you because not only was the staff was adorable & friendly but the food was delicious. I suggest you order the Bo-Bo Platter if you're not sure what you wanna get! Definitely worth going inside, it was very cozy & clean. Thanks for a great time!
Great food! Good bang for your buck. Lunch specials are my favorite. Just moved to the area already one of my go to places.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars on service I would. I normally take food to go and. about 50% of the time the food is very good when I eat in I would give it five stars. However, today I ordered food to be picked up and when I called, I asked for an extra container of the hot mustard and an extra container of the sweet-and-sour sauce, I specifically asked if there was an extra charge those two items. The lady on the phone said no charge no charge no no charge for extra. When I got there, I specifically asked her if they had added two mustard and two of the sweet-and-sour in my order , instead of looking in my order, she pulled to containers of each out from underneath the counter and told me that would be an extra charge. I normally would not have gotten upset, but I have a really bad cold and I love their house wonton soup. She finally looked in the box and said oh there’s two of each in there and I’m like cool thank you and I left when I got home. I’m taking the and the bag with my food in it out of the box only to find that the container of sweet-and-sour has spilled all over the bottom of the box. I wish that they were part of DoorDash or Postmates !!! This is the best wonton soup that I have found in Placerville since I moved here two years ago, but I guess I’m just gonna have to think twice about ordering food to go

We have always had a good experience and usually to food is amazing, even tonight my husband loved what he ordered. I unfortunately have a food allergy which I told them when I ordered. When they brought the food out it had what I told them I was allergic to and did not want in my dish. I told the gal “no, it is supposed to be without and I have an allergy to that”. She took it back. I let the server who took my order know what had happened, and explain my allergy and that it could kill someone to have what they are allergic to. They brought my dish out again and when I had one bite I had signs of an allergic reaction so I stopped eating and drank some water, feeling tightness in my throat with an itching and started feeling hot and sweaty with slight difficulty breathing. The girl who brought out the food came back and asked if my order was better now that they picked the item I was allergic to out and if didn’t taste better they could remake it. THEY PICKED IT OUT OF THE DISH INSTEAD OF REMAKING IT! Although we have always loved this place, we will NEVER be back. It was the first time I had ever order a dish containing what I am allergic to at this place, even clearly requesting it without what I am allergic to and stating clearly that it is a food allergy. A different server brought me the check and apologized that the girl who delivered the food did not understand what an allergy was. The server who took our orders and didn’t tell the kitchen about my allergy never came back to our table. They did not charge me for the dish that caused my allergic reaction, and we paid for my husband’s food. Now we will never go back.

After a long closure to supposedly renovate the kitchen we were sad that the food had not improved. This used to be fantastic and now it seems mediocre. I want to love it again, and the service is always great. But the food quality needs to improve if we are ever to return .
