Tyrell is always excellent! Ryan was great also. Great staff, excellent food, service and atmosphere. The Independent is a favorite for us. You won't be disappointed with anything on the menu, which changes slightly with the seasons.
My wife and I had an exquisite birthday dinner at the Independent! We were immediately seated at a very nice table. We found the ambience very enjoyable for an evening out. Our waiter, Jake, was exceptionally helpful, courteous and friendly, and definitely help make the evening that much more special. What a wonderful dinner with friends. We had some delicious cocktails then a beautiful wedge salad with perfect blue cheese dressing and bacon. Then we enjoyed the tempera shrimp which was spicy and sweet. Our waiter was nice and efficient. It was an all around great dinner experience!
