We just asked for feast which we thought it will be delivered in 5-10 min but we had to wait more than 20 min. Also inside was too hot to sit and eat. They first said we needed to wait for extra 6 min for biscuits. Later they said they can not give crispy but we may only have originals and so on. It was not a good experience at all.

The food was excellent, I felt bad for the worker behind the counter the owner of the store said you can only have two people working on a Sunday mother's Day. A cook & one person, the owner of the store needs to get it together that poor worker was doing a wonderful job even though she was so short-handed. I mean if you're going to make her do the job of 2 people at least pay for two people.

The chicken was undercooked, they forgot to include cutlery in my order, and several items were missing from the order. The customer service from most of the staff was poor, unwilling to help the customer even though the missing items in my order were their mistake.
I do not recommend spending money in this place.

I saw the ad on TV for the Tuesday special of 8 pieces for $10, so I decided to give it a try. The chicken was so disgusting that I will never go back to this particular KFC. It was as though they took it out of the hot grease and put it into cold grease for six hours. Not hot, not crispy, not fresh at all. I ate one piece then threw the other 7 pieces away, and that one piece alone upset my stomach. Furthermore, the lowbrow woman working the counter was going on with another customer about some ridiculous right wing conspiracy theory (toxic fog ??) for several minutes before she shut her mouth long enough to acknowledge me standing there. If I could give this place a negative number of stars I would.
A+++++ Service, every time!!! They go out of their way to deliver a stellar service experience and the food is always amazing!!! The gentleman who I think is a manager always recommends items and the gentleman who does the cooking as always wonderful as well great team great service great place to eat thanks guys!!!
