A+++++ Service, every time!!! They go out of their way to deliver a stellar service experience and the food is always amazing!!! The gentleman who I think is a manager always recommends items and the gentleman who does the cooking as always wonderful as well great team great service great place to eat thanks guys!!!

Well I just ate there I gave one star because the food was okay my chicken pot pie had hella bones which usually doesn’t happen but whatever anyways it’s 4 o’clock on a Sunday the staff do not have any customer service skills whatsoever like literally customer service was trash asf honestly i work customer service n I get you might not like your job but fake it till you make it and learn some people skills fr y’all were rude to the old lady who came in after me just replying “yep” n trying to rush her not okay do better 🙄

Usually KFC is always five stars, but on this particular day, the young kids that were running the restaurant should’ve been paying attention to the food because one of the pieces of chicken I couldn’t even finish. And on top of it, you guys increase your prices big time, so between the price increase and the food I eat was pretty dissatisfied.

Place is a rats nest, briefly worked here and saw a roach in the kitchen. The toilet shakes. They didn’t schedule me for 3 weeks and then they laid me off cause they said there’s no hours yet they continue to interview people. I hope this place closes down like the one in Cameron park.

The manager is the rudest person ever met. Tried dining at KFC it's impossible the only eating utensil is a plastic knife no spoons or forks not even a spork. Try eating beans with a knife impossible and the workers could really care less. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Last March I popped in to order a chicken breast (a la cart) as I’ve done many times (medical reasons I can’t eat a lot). I was told that they no longer permit this. I said OK, and left. I will not return. A fast food place that won’t sell you food.

We got to this place at 730pm and could not order anything because they closed at 9 and would not cook any more chicken they had strips extra crispy and spicy the parking lot was full there was 2 workers eating with there family and had to keep going to the cashier and helping her. What I don't understand is how the worker and her family can have a whole meal why customers couldn't even get the chicken they wanted there was plenty of customers that where there that they could have put in some regular chicken to cook. This is the 3rd time I've been there and it was a joke we will Never go back to Placerville KFC

So basically this is NOT the kfc you want to go to we went there and we ordered the famous bowls and they didn’t give us any spoons or nothing and when we went to ask they said they had none and they also had no cheese….. WARNING the bathroom is disgusting do not use(only if your have explosive diarrhea)P.s the Mel’s just down the road is way betterIf you face this kfc good luck
