The best KFC I have ever had, big pieces and really juicy extra crispy chicken.From now on, every trip to Lake Tahoe will a stop at Placerville’s KFC.Parking: Enough space for both curbside pick up and people eating inside.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a handicap person in a wheelchair today, he was having a great time.

I came inside at it was freezing - like only 50 degrees inside freezing!! I ordered online from the airport after traveling all day. My food was supposed to be ready but I've now waited over 35 minutes and its still not ready. I'm hungry and exhausted and tried to save time by ordering online so to make sure it was ready. They said their cook just got here so everything is late. They didn't realize apologize and just acted irritated at I was irritated. This is my first time here. Needless to say it will be my last! Definitely rethink ever coming here!

Awful, if I could give less than one star I would. This location has been going downhill for a long time, but they've hit a new low. The employees could care less about the store or customers. Always understaffed, out or low on food, and the cleanliness is lacking. Maybe pay your employees a livable wage so they are happier and want to work there. Tonight I placed an order on the KFC app. I went to the store to pick up my order where I was told that they did not have a cook to cook the chicken and had no chicken for my order. Several employees standing around but not one can cook? I asked to cancel my order and was told by a very apathetic looking employee that they cannot cancel orders in store and I would need to call a 1-800 number that he did not know and I would need to look up. I left and found the customer service phone number and called it. I spent probably 10-15 minutes giving all my information to the first representative only to be told I need to be transferred to the refund department to process my refund. After being transferred I was asked to give all of my information over again and then was told my order was still in "committed" status and my refund could not be processed until it closed so I would need to call back in fifteen minutes and talk to another representative and start over. By this time I am getting really frustrated, it should not be this hard to cancel an order, especially one that needs to be cancelled through no fault of my own. I'm just trying to pick up dinner and go home to my kids. I vented my frustrations to the poor customer service representative and she took pity on me and stated she would take ownership of my refund case and that she would personally keep an eye on my order for it to close and then process the refund so I wouldn't have to call back. She ended up being the only good interaction for me during this whole experience. I wish I remembered her name. I ended up picking up food at a different restaurant and paid more money for less food, just to add insult to injury. I'll not be using the KFC app anymore as not being able to simply cancel an order in the app or at the store is ridiculous. I'll also not be returning to this location anymore, that was the last straw for me. I think years of poor management has really taken it's toll and I'm surprised it's even still open. Do not recommend.

Given the people reading this know the area this establishment is in... the outside appearance of this place is a negative reflection of the workers. They work extremely hard and are even kinder on top of it. He was patient with me while taking my order, and on top of it my food was fresh and the cooks were extremely friendly and accommodating. I will be back around 6 pm just to see them again :)
food was a bit too salty but after a long drive it was a good pit stop for a $20 fill up box that me and my friends were able to easily share.

KFC is, of course, known for its fried chicken, and our visit today didn’t disappoint. Additionally, the service was very friendly and helpful and the dining room and bathroom too were both clean and tidy. The tasty chicken keeps us coming back and is a fan favorite for a reason.

The tall young man with The longer hair that I believe was not the manager was beyond nice and understanding to the customer. Very pleasant nice respectful young man.
Had to wait to get order taken, no other customers in line.Employees spent a lot of time in the back of the store even though all food I ordered was in the front of the store.Chicken was scrawny and greasy. Biscuit was like a rock and inedible.Store looked disorganized and unclean.
