I went into McDonald's placed my order place my order on the touch screen. And then went to use the bathroom. An employee followed me into the bathroom went into the restroom stall and went to the bathroom and walked right back out without washing his hands. And went back to serving food in the kitchen. He never washed his hands. I asked for my money back it is so disgusting before I got my food.

This McDonald's was good but could maybe be a bit more staffed however the staff they do have are nice and work hard. The food may take a little bit to get to you if you dine in

The most incompetent McDonalds ever. Waited 45 minutes for my online order. Payed $20 for some slop and ended up late to work

Asked for extra ranch at the speaker and when we got to the window i asked to make sure the extra ranch was in the bag before grabbing it and the girl at the window says “thats something you have to order from the speaker” which we did.. and she asks another worker to confirm and they said “yeah its in there” and she hands me the bag saying “its at the bottom” 1 ranch and 2 sweet and sour.. hello??

Food is decent but the manager at this location is absolutely rude. I ordered 26 nuggets she refused to give me the 4 sauces they I chose. She also forgot a hot cocoa that my daughter ordered and she was rude again when I asked her to finish fufill my order. If I could zero stars for service, I absolutely would

Food quality is consistent for McDonald's: the absolute bottom of the barrel of what could be considered edible. The issue here is the service. Multiple times I have come through and my order has been made wrong. Paid for an extra slice of cheese on your burgers? Well the workers here clearly don't care unless you tell the person at the drive thru to make sure they are made correctly. This morning (10/24/2025) I went through and got two sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddles and only one of them had egg on it. How do you miss the egg in that? It's in the name, for god sake! Save yourself the headache and drive the extra few minutes east to the mcdonalds on Broadway. Much better, friendlier service and they actually get the orders correct without having to babysit the workers.

Great McDonald's! I love how you can go in and order on the kiosks, it took only a few minutes to then get my order hot and fresh with very nice staff 🙏😊
