Paco has the best Mexican food in Placerville. Hands-down. He also does a fantastic job catering. He caters our soccer teams festivities and he always goes above and beyond and everyone is left happy and well fed. The Carne Asada is our favorite and he always has extra limes.
Pacos is a restaurant in Pollock Pines and Placerville that serves GREAT Mexican food. We had a social event there a few weeks ago and Paco and staff did a fantastic job! They also do catering events! Would highly recommend them

Stopped by Paco’s Mexican Restaurant and had their wet burrito — absolutely awesome! 🌯🔥 Great flavor, big portions, and super friendly service. Definitely hitting this spot again!
