Don't order online. I ordered online and went to pick up my pizzas, they claimed they didn't have our order because supposedly it never went through because of a "glitch" and we showed them our online receipt. Funny thing because they in fact had our receipt and tried charging us more money on top of what we already paid online. And because we didn't pay the extra charge that the store manager wanted to charge us, that's why they didn't make our pizzas.

I did not order any spinach on my artichoke pizza. Yet I had to pick every piece out for my mom who's doctor say she is not allowed spinache because of her cholesterol. So just know when u add things that aren't asked for it can really slow down the customers day. Work on that. You're welcome.

Be careful!!I ordered delivery because I can’t get out. They sent the wrong pizza. It was a pizza that I we can’t eat. They told me to bring it back. I told them I can’t and the manager had no viable solution.The pizza I received was much cheaper then what I ordered.They hung up on me.Who else are they treating like this?

Recently, we have noticed a decline in the quality of food we are getting when we order from this location. Tonights pizza crust was so thin, it basically ripped. Ironically, they also expect a tip to make a pizza of this quality. Toppings were less and quality definitely has decreased.Do better Papa Murphys

I ordered online today for pick up at 1:30. order placed at 11:06 am. three pizzas and one cheesy bread. my sister picked up the order for me I gave her the confirmation number. They messed up my custom half and half. I called them and said hey I have a complaint about a pizza and We are missing our cheesy bread. The young man named Collin, told me that because it's an online order they will not give me any refund or credit. My only option was to drive over to get a new pizza and cheesy bread. I told him no because it's a 30 minute drive from my house so it would take me over an hour to get back home to feed my kids. He said sorry ma'm there's nothing I can do for you. I asked to speak to the manager he said nobody was there and he wouldn't give me an email address. very disappointed that because I decided to do an online order they won't fix their mistake that they made. I have the receipt with the correct order and they messed it up.I'm writing here because I can't get ajoldnof a manager otherwise and to warn people apparently if they mess up your online order they won't fix it.

Order a pizza online. It said it would be ready. 25 minutes after I put the order in. I go 25 minutes later to pick up the pizza and there is someone in front of me ordering their pizza. I am told my pizza will take another 10 minutes. I completely understand places get busy 100%. But I wait for another 15 minutes and three people who walked in after me that did not pre-order the pizza got handed their pizza as I still sat there, waiting one of which was an employee who came in from a break and decided to make her family member who was with her for her break. Two pizzas. The two got the pizza in front of me. I never complain on these things, but I’m sorry that was so wrong!
