So I was not going to post anything but the treatment from round table as a company to myself and my family has been horrendous. 75 dollars for 1 pizza and 1 salad is ridiculous and you guys don’t deliver anymore and mandatory tips? Stupid, you work for the tips you don’t automatically get one. Never gonna have round table again whether I am living or visiting California.

We are frequent customers of this Round Table, we get pizza every week. Our pizza tonight was horrible. It was over cooked and was not cut all the way. My husband took it back up to get recut and brought it back to the table and it still wasn’t cut properly. This was the second week in a row that our pizza was awful. I went to the count to tell the person at the front about what happened and in my complaint I noticed that the person in the back was listening and smirking (laughing) as I was complaining. Very unprofessional!During my dine in experience there tonight 2 different people returned their pizzas. So something is definitely wrong. I was made aware tonight that there is a new manager and the old manager is no longer there.This Round Table used to be the best Pizza in town, not so much now.

Ordered a large pizza for $50 and it was extremely flat and under proofed. I ordered light sauce and it was covered and fell apart. When I called and talked to a manager she said she couldn't do anything about it cause the power was taken out of her hands. The owners and company must not care at all about service. There is a mountain Mike's across the street. I will be going there from now on.

To the owner of the Missouri Flat location...you need to schedule more help. On 11/9/23 you had three people running the whole place and a massive crowd of customers, plus on line orders stacked up. The poor girl at the front was working her butt off trying to keep everyone happy. My online order said to pick up at 6PM, I arrived at 6:05 and waited until 6:40 for the order. There were tables full of people waiting for food. One employee mentioned to the other that he needed to take his 30 minute break, and was told "well that is not going to happen" in front of many customers. I feel awful for the three employees that were working. If you are going to be open for business, you need to staff accordingly. The employee mentioned out loud that you have other employees willing to work, but management is unwilling to schedule. Not fair at all to the staff or customers. Do better if you want to keep your employees and customers coming back. **P.S. The pizza was very good once I finally received it.**

Came here after 20 years to try it out. Although it was a few minutes before opening (I had planned to wait a few minutes in my car) but saw the "open" sign on and the door was unlocked. Nobody greeted me although they saw me. I observed the lunch specials and saw how small the personal pizza was and that no drink was included. Down the street at The Pizza Factory they give you a salad and drink for the same price... I considered leaving but thought I might upgrade to a small which is very small and also $19 dollars. Still nobody said hi even though they were looking directly at me and instead ducked into the back. So now I'm enjoying my better meal, service, and value at Pizza Factory. I won't be back

Extremely unprofessional, pathetic. They made us wait for more than 1 hr , saying they are baking it in 5 mins multiple times . this got us struck through peak traffic & ruined our day .Ironically, We had to cancel and pick food from safeway which saved us another hour .Avoid this place , unless you have a lot of spare time and want to deal with extremely lousy staff .

My experience here couldn't be more different from my experience at RT on Main Street . The staff was friendly, the place was not just clean but practically pristine and I didn't see dirty dishes and trash all over the tables and parking lot. If you want pizza when in placerville, I highly recommend you go to THIS one NOT the one on Main Street besides parking far less of a nightmare as well . GIVE ALL YOUR STAFF BONUSES! kudos to the management here.
I enjoy going here now and then. They have an all you can eat day with different slices to try so is fun. They also have a bar and a nice salad bar.

Certainly wasn't anything to write home about. Half the draft beers seemed to be out. Salad bar missing toppings. Kids running literal laps through the place screaming for a good half hour. Breadsticks finally came at the end of our meal. The employees were certainly nice maybe this was just one of those days where everything goes wrong. Wasn't worth 40 bucks though that's for sure
