We usually stop at In N Out otw to Tahoe but I wasn't feeling it this time. Saw the reviews for this place and decided to stop on a whim. It's exactly what you want from a burger shack. Burger was made right and served quick. Perfect french fries, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. I got a root beer milkshake and they shook it just right - perfectly smooth, no lumps, great flavor. Real nice folks too.

First the place is swarming with flies . Second the amount of the bill was at least 8.00 over than the menu , and third the food made me sick for 2 days . The gentleman cooking was not using gloves and was cooking chicken and hamburger and fries cross contamination. I feel that they need a clean up crew and some sanitation gloves . I go to Placerville very often and I will go to McDonald's next time way better and won't be overcharged and I won't have to shoo flies. Sorry the only thing that was good was the customer service they made it sound outstanding, great job girls ,?

First visit ever and had the Western BLT deluxe it was so good that I went back the next day to get it again. Definitely recommend it
Our food was fantastic. Pastrami burger, Pastrami dog, chili cheese fries and an apple pie Carmel shake. Oh my. Pastrami was the best ever. Charity was very friendly. She came out to see how everything was. Next time we are in Placerville, we will be back.
