Met a friend for breakfast at an outside umbrella table. Server was friendly and efficient. I really enjoyed my Mexican egg dish- it was fantastic. There are lots of options, from sweet to savory. Breakfast served all day on Sundays.

Horrible acoustics. Fine if empty room but one loud talker kills the vibe.
Kids - ya gotta love em,
but screaming, eh no.
Good generous but burned the hash browns. Likely not go back.

Sweetie Pie’s is the cutest little bakery/diner with excellent food! The pancakes are HUGE and made perfectly. The French toast with cream cheese frosting was delicious. Solid omelette and great hash browns. The biscuits were gigantic and the perfect flavor and consistency. Was pleasantly surprised in all aspects. Great little spot for breakfast!

Well, if you’re ever in Placerville I wouldn’t suggest Sweetie Pies. First of all we came in we were seated, but after that, it was a matter of time like 20 minutes and then all of a sudden, I see a man come in with a bottle and started to take shots with the employees. However, the chilaquiles were not made like they’re supposed to be made. It was average chips thrown in there like nachos chips. You want fresh chilaquiles, you know you want them tortilla fresh and if you’re trying to bypass that and give us some regular chips from a chip bag? Outrageous! For next time, please use real ingredients. Real tortilla chips. therefore, my girl got the Moko Loco and she did mention it was unmemorable. On another note, I don’t like talking bad about restaurants or about the services and their food however, I gotta keep it real love life love food, and shut up and eat! #shutupandeat!

My wife and I were on our way to Tahoe when we stumbled upon Sweetie Pie's. Initially, we planned to grab a bite at The Market next door, but the bustling outdoor seating at Sweetie Pie's drew us in. And boy, are we glad we made the switch!

I opted for the Bacon & Spinach Omelette with hash browns and sourdough toast. The omelette was packed with flavor and generously filled with crispy bacon. The sourdough toast was fresh and perfect for spreading their delicious homemade jam.

While we didn't try their pies this time, the display case was filled with tempting options. We ended up taking home a peach pie that was a huge hit with our group.

The only minor hiccup was finding street parking. The narrow streets can make parking a bit tricky, so be prepared for some maneuvering.

Overall, Sweetie Pie's is a delightful spot for a breakfast or brunch. Their delicious food, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere make it a must-visit.

After reading great reviews we decided to stop for brunch. Unfortunately it was very crowded so we were seated in a loud, back room without any atmosphere. Our food was cold and at this point we just wanted to eat and get out.
I’m sure the locals like this place, and I’d give it a second chance if we lived closer.

Best breakfast place in town. Worth the wait if you hit a busy time. I had the chili relleno casserole and it was great. The pancakes, particularly the berry ones, are a frequent go to as well. I also really like the burrito and several of their omelettes. Definitely visit if you are in town.

We stopped in on our way to Apple Hill for brunch. I ordered 2 pancakes with a side of scrambled eggs. They should come with a warning. The pancakes are the size of a dinner plate! We were expecting a 4" pancake. We took home enough for 2 more meals. Delicious!!

This little place is a jem! I had the Olallieberry pancakes, which are some of the best pancakes I've ever had. Service was great and they even brought our pup a bowl of water on the patio.

We came late Sunday morning and were told it would be about a 35 minute wait which we were ok with. Unfortunately, once we were seated it took another hour for our food to be served. The food was good but certainly not worth a 1.5+ hr wait with two young children. I wish they had told us upfront how long the food would take as we would not have waited that long. The coffee is not good. The staff were friendly.

A local landmark will known for their breakfast. May have to wait up to 15 minutes or so but it's worth the wait. Free coffee while you wait. Great service as well.
