I’m giving this place a million stars (but five will have to do)! ✨

We tried the pancakes, quiche, and berries pie, and every single bite was AMAZING. Honestly, even though we’re only here on a short business trip, we loved it so much that we drove all the way from San Jose twice — and we’d totally do it again.

The owner is super friendly and absolutely adorable.
We’re officially in love with this place. 😍🍰✨

Good old fashion cointry food and great atmosphere along with great service.
Country gravy and biscuits e nough to feed two.
Eggs with bacon snd hashbrowns.
Prices where a little steep but still within reason.
Waitress was friendly and all of the waitresses were friendly and alway had a friendly smile.
Old hous that was turned into a restaurant and the layout was vgreat.
A first time visitor, like myself, needs to try anything and come hungry because the food you order come fresh, hot, and plenty of it
Great place and will be returning.
Great experience.

Visiting Placerville for white river rafting and needed breakfast. Drove around the area and saw a nice place full of customers. Normally a sign of a good restaurant. So stopped by luckily few tables available. House is from the 1800's refurbished as a small restaurant. Kept the Victorian look and the food style too but with a little touch of modern such as the cheeses. But the coffee is regular drip, no mochas or matches here. Portion is more substantial than normal from places such as IHOP but just as good.

Met a friend for breakfast at an outside umbrella table. Server was friendly and efficient. I really enjoyed my Mexican egg dish- it was fantastic. There are lots of options, from sweet to savory. Breakfast served all day on Sundays.

Horrible acoustics. Fine if empty room but one loud talker kills the vibe.
Kids - ya gotta love em,
but screaming, eh no.
Good generous but burned the hash browns. Likely not go back.

Sweetie Pie’s is the cutest little bakery/diner with excellent food! The pancakes are HUGE and made perfectly. The French toast with cream cheese frosting was delicious. Solid omelette and great hash browns. The biscuits were gigantic and the perfect flavor and consistency. Was pleasantly surprised in all aspects. Great little spot for breakfast!

Well, if you’re ever in Placerville I wouldn’t suggest Sweetie Pies. First of all we came in we were seated, but after that, it was a matter of time like 20 minutes and then all of a sudden, I see a man come in with a bottle and started to take shots with the employees. However, the chilaquiles were not made like they’re supposed to be made. It was average chips thrown in there like nachos chips. You want fresh chilaquiles, you know you want them tortilla fresh and if you’re trying to bypass that and give us some regular chips from a chip bag? Outrageous! For next time, please use real ingredients. Real tortilla chips. therefore, my girl got the Moko Loco and she did mention it was unmemorable. On another note, I don’t like talking bad about restaurants or about the services and their food however, I gotta keep it real love life love food, and shut up and eat! #shutupandeat!
