The experience I had here was disappointing. For starters, they were out of pretty much everything. Even burritos? And pork? Almost the entire menu was crossed out. I get it I guess, food trucks have limited supply.... But typically they close up shop when that occurs. I settled for "fat boy nachos" and expected just that. Fat. What I received was not that. The chips were reminiscent of a movie theater chip and the portion didn't align with what I would expect for $14. The cheese was almost non existent and for what was there, it wasn't even melted. If the cheese situation was different, this review would be better. Nothing felt warm either. There was a decent amount of meat so I appreciate that. I want to say I'll give them another shot but I honestly don't know. If I return I will be sure to update.

Ordered the carnitas tacos and the pastor burrito and they were bomb!! Would go here all day everyday if I could!

10 stars!!! My family loves this food truck so much we decided to used them to cater a memorial for our loved one. Everything was perfect. From the ease of placing our order, to the delivery of the food to our location. They worked with our budget, the food was DELICIOUS, and plentiful portions. Tacos Brambila really took the pressure off us during an emotional event. I would trust them for any of our catering needs. Everyone commented on how delicious and fresh the food was. Thank you guys. We will definitely see you soon.

Cheezus Christ that was delicious! Ordered the birria tacos and a giant Gordita burrito. Birrira tacos were very tasty. The burrito was one of, if not the best burrito I've ever eaten in my life. Asada, Al Pastor, and chicken! Plus the cheese added to the outside of tortilla! I didn't eat the burrito until a day later and it still blew my mind, I definitely can't wait to eat it fresh in two weeks when you guys come back to my area. I might just come find you guys before that! I'll be seeing you guys every two weeks in greenhaven!

Great food, but does not abide by schedule posted on their Instagram. I checked their Instagram page today at 3:20 pm and the listed time for today's location was 4 pm, so I took a quick 15 minute walk to the location and discovered that the truck was not there. I rechecked their page and saw a last minute post changing the to 4:30, so I decided to leave and order similar food on DoorDash. I would have given them one star, but their food warranted an extra star. I will continue my search for great Mexican food in the greater Sacramento region whom are more consistent with serving times.

The first time I ordered from Tacos Brambila was at a winery near Clarksburg. I had their al pastor Tacos and it was the best al pastor I've had in Sac. I followed them on Instagram and saw they were posted up down the street from where I live. I tried finding them but they were tucked away into a gated complex. I called the number they listed on Instagram and a nice lady called back explaining to me how to find them, they were kind of tucked away in a parking lot. She was super accommodating and I finally got my food. Super bomb just like I remember. The tacos de birria were fire and also had the burrito which was bomb. So much flavor. I have a hard time finding a good Mexican spot in Sac but this place is my go to spot whenever they are close by. Great food. Great people. Follow them on Instagram for their weekly schedule.
