I transport items all over the country for 3 years now trying so many food spots and this is still one of my favorite burger places. Juicy/ fresh/ well seasoned/ crispy/mouth watering. Have been here about 50x and always get minimum 2 burgers. Highly recommend.

The big attraction for me is that they use grass-fed beef for their burgers. That's my preference, and other than Hopdoddy I only know of Burger Lounge doing this. Tried their Three Wisemen promotional burger with 3 patties, cheese, onion jam, garlic aioli on an onion bun. I may not have that exactly right, but anyway it was quite good. Very tasty. I wouldn't call it juicy, but considering that grass-fed beef is leaner, with more good fat, and that you really want to cook ground meat thoroughly, juicy is not a reasonable expectation. However, that being said, the condiments on this burger made it an overall very good burger. No complaints other than it cost $18. Again, grass-fed beef is pricey. Worth it? Once in awhile. The gourmet fries sound really interesting, too, but I did not try them. Nice, bright, airy environment. Good service.

So I've been to the El Segundo store, this store a couple of times, and a store in Austin TX. They have all been consistently good. I've tried various burgers including the Buffalo Bill bison burger. They have been good, juicy, tender with tasty sauces and very good buns or toast. My wife gets the chicken burger to her liking, and it has also been consistently good. Our one irritation is that the audio is so high that it's hard to carry on a conversation. One solution is to eat at an outside table. Service is adequate. The drink machine is hard to figure out if you want water. Hopdoddy has given us a good alternative to our other choices, and it's great that they are available in other states.
