Walked in and stood there at the counter in an empty restaurant for 2 minutes before anyone even came up to me. The manager couldn't understand what I was saying in English and one of the workers had to jump in. I was asking for the veggie burger the other A&w locations have that this one apparently does not. Bummer. Won't be coming back. Wish they all had them.

Food was fresh. They were out of strawberries so we couldn't get a strawberry watermelon cream shake.

Went through the drive thru today. They got one part of the order wrong and omitted another part. When trying to call no one answers the location and there’s no customer service phone number. Terrible place and spent more money than it used to be because of price hikes.

I had lots of problems with the young kids working here . They will add donations to your bill with out letting you know first. They will over charge you so watch out and the quality of food will very greatly as well. Can't believe this place is still open.

Drive through attendant told me this wasn’t Long John Silvers when I asked for fish. Other A&W carry fish.

I went on a Tuesday for the $5 Single Papa meal (cheeseburger, fries and a drink). It's a pretty good deal. It may not be enough food for some but I was happy with the serving size. It has been years since I have been to an A&W. This one is also a KFC. A bonus if you have a family that can't agree on food

It's got root beer floats, and the burger has that unique special sauce, but kinda overall just a bit icky.

Been here twice. Drive thru people are just rude. Beast of a woman there needs so training on how to talk to people. And her shirt looked dirty. Not coming here again.

Have been to this location a few times with OK service but food from the A&W side always takes really long. Pulled up to the drive through and immediately had to wait 5 min to place my order despite no drive through line, they had no ice cream, so I couldn’t get a float. Paid for our order and was told to wait in the parking lot and that our food would be out shortly. Waited 20 to 30 min while all of the other cars that came through behind me got their orders and left, went inside to check on my order and it turns out they forgot the cheese curds even though it was on the receipt, the root beer was flat and watery, they also changed the plain double cheeseburger to a bacon cheeseburger, which my roomate who has problems eating certain foods was not happy about at all. On top of it all, one of the burgers had two top buns, and the other had two bottom buns. Debated driving back across town, but decided to just go to the other A&W next time instead rather than deal with the service. One star.

The manager said they ran out of chicken and hamburgers an hour before closing so they turned off the ice cream machine so they could not sell rootbeer floats either. I asked if she could call the other location about 3 miles away to see if I could buy a float there, she said no I don't know their phone number.
