You get what you pay for and what you pay for are quality confections made by people who care about their product. Batter N Icing followed my reference photo to a T and made a cake and cupcakes so beautiful that I felt bad eating them. Confections were delicious and enough to feed the entire party (the cake alone easily weighed five pounds). Products were fresh and the cake remained moist after being left out over night. Staff gave me clear storage instructions upon pickup and even wrapped my cake in cling wrap since the box would not shut all the way. Friendly staff and delicious cakes.

I’m a person who walks past cupcake places all the time but I decided to break that habit and, oh my, I had such a treat. I bought the chocolate peanut butter cupcake, and it was fabulous and the Clerk was so lovely. Thank you for surprising me with this wonderment of a delicacy beyond belief!

I purchased 1 Boston Cream cupcake on a whim and it was the best cupcake I’ve had in a very long time. The crumb was perfectly soft and moist, the vanilla cream was perfection, and the chocolate was the perfect amount of sweetness. My only issue was not buying more. I returned and bought a half dozen to share with others. The flavor & presentation is consistent. They’re a must try and the price is worth every bite!

This bakery ruined the gender reveal of my first baby, what was supposed to be one of the most special moments of my life. I emailed the manger and made sure we were on the same page and my request was doable... sending pictures of exactly what I wanted the inside and outside of the cake to look like. I made sure to explain myself very clear in person in the store and they took the gender envelope from my doctor. I had my gender results several days before in my portal, but I waited to look because I wanted this moment to be special instead of just looking at my phone. It took forever to get my OB to print the envelope but I finally got it and took it straight to the bakery. They told me the cake would be white on the outside and vanilla with the gender color frosting inside. When my husband and I cut into it, it was funfetti cake (rainbow color) with white frosting only on the inside and outside. They remade my cake the next day but my husband was on call and there was a chance we couldn't cut into it for another week, so we just looked at the envelope ourselves. Thank you for taking this moment away from me. I had my wedding cupcakes done here too and will never spend another dollar at this company. Truly the worst mistake they could have made. Every time I think about my gender reveal I get sad.

Batter N Icing makes the BEST gluten free cupcakes. Anytime I’m in the area I have to swing by and get one! Cupcakes are sweet, moist, and generously sized. Also, I love their frosting. It is sorta artificial tasting but in a good way! Reminds me of Crumbl Cookie frosting. So delish. Staff is always nice too :)

I bought three cupcakes here for my birthday. We tried all three and I was really disappointed with all of them. The flavors didn’t really come through and the frosting was way too sweet and also tasted like it’s made with shortening or something. The actually cake part was ok (but again, not flavorful).

Simply the most delicious and beautifully crafted cupcakes I’ve ever tried! The variety is amazing, and they even offer gluten-free options if needed. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Plenty of free parking, which is a huge plus.
This is definitely the go-to place for custom birthday cakes and cupcakes. Highly recommend!
