WARNING....do not plan your holiday parties from here!!!! I ordered online a week ahead of time for 11am pickup. First day I left at 12:15, missing apple pies and rolls. We didn't even order meat, just sides. For today's order I am still waiting at 11:35. No manager to say sorry. Horrible to have my hard workers waiting for food. Never again Boston Market!!!!!

Poor service, the workers see you in-line. They don't say nothing, No customer recognition, People in line before me, and behind just left the store.....A delivery person said," I don't know how long it will take, for someone to come up to the counter".

I ordered a chicken club sandwich. The briche bun was stale and hard on one end. They don't have ketchup. Nice polite counterperson, but it looks like they don't do alot of lunch service.Too bad. I once loved this place.

Update, their roasted half chicken used to be $10.99 now is almost $20, the prime rib was $14.99 now is $24 dollars plus, the portions are smaller and the wait time is longer, definitely the prices have doubled , NOT worth the

Unfortunately I craved it so much that when I finally had some food from here, it was ok. Nothing like years before and the Coke machine didn't work well and tasted like soda water and the Sprite didn't taste right.

Although there appeared to be 1 person working in the store, the service was quick and the employee very courteous.

We were traveling home from the South Bay to the North Bay, and needed a place for lunch on the way. The phone map found us this Boston Market. It was quiet on a Sunday afternoon; we were the only customers at the time of ordering. One more customer came in later. We wondered how the place was staying in business, but the "now hiring" sign hinted otherwise. Perhaps the hotel next door provides a lot of dinner traffic. Anyway, the food was very good, but not life-impacting. Our meatloaf meal, turkey dinner, and chicken pot pie was good sustenance for refueling. Portions were generous, and pricing was reasonable. We would return if we need a good, solid travel meal again, but we wouldn't go out of our way to dine here.

Used to really enjoy this place. We don't understand how a restaurant that is having hard times thinks that making your food worse is going to help. Chicken was overcooked and dry. Sides tasted awful. Sorry but we're not going back.

I've always loved this place!! The meatloaf is amazing, costumer service is amazing. It's a family environment and there's always a great time.

I love the food at Boston market. It's a little more fast-food-like that I like but the food is good.

1/4 Star ⭐️Ordered 3 piece chicken meal, and waited for 20 min. I understand that the staff is short staffed and most likely stressful for the workers.Lady behind the counter was disorganized, didn’t know about the online order, place internally was not clean, two people working seem overwhelmed and short staffed. Waited another 40 min and finally food was ready!! Also the food served looked cold and looked as if it’s been sitting for a day or so. Disappointed.
