Friendly though a bit distracted service in a clean and pleasant atmosphere, tasty burger and chicken tenders....would have had a 4th star but the round shaped fries with very tasty aoli/cheese topping were not even lukewarm, more like room temperature and I want hot fries! Also the shake had more than a half inch of completely frozen strawberry "stuff" at the bottom that it was difficult to get to even with a spoon. Be a little more careful with the food served and get that extra star!

HORRIBLE & I MEAN HORRIBLE customer service! The girl had attitude, rolled her eyes multiple times, couldn't get our order correct, our order wasn't complete & the food was meh don't go & waste your money there, I work at a restaurant in the front myself & I would NEVER give customer service like that not even if I'm having a personal bad day that is just unprofessional, I'd you don't like it get another job! First & LAST time going here

Ordered via Doordash tonight and the food was horrible. Chicken wings fried to death. Almost like I was eating jerky. The grilled chicken patty taste like rubber. Would not recommend. $50 down the drain. I really wanted to like it too since I had never been.

No menu screen. I had to refer to a torn, ripped up, & dirty paper menu that was taped to the counter Charged me $3.79 for sweet potato fries & I found my small amount fries and my burger in the same small carton. Ordered a chicken sandwich.. The middle portion of the chicken was uncooked rubbery and gummy. Save your gas money and do not travel to this establishment.

I honestly wasn't going to write a review, because having come prior this place was delicious, but after reading the other negative reviews, my story is similar. So here goes, I Walked in, should have turned around as the big screen was out, so we had to stare down at a tiny ripped up menu that looks like it had been there months. Also other paper taped down, not professional. Took our order, wanted the beef burgers "well done." She charged my card on a square connected to a cell phone. Didn't ask if I wanted a receipt either. Fast forward over thirty minutes later, food is done. I look over it in front of the lady, our order was a trio-2 beef 1 chicken. 2 duos, each a burger and a crispy chicken. The food is wrong the duos were all crispy chicken. I asked her what happened she said you ordered all chicken, no I said I wanted beef well done, she said I thought you wanted the chicken well done? Yes chicken should always be well done, who orders chicken and says well done? She did offer to make new ones but I had already wasted to much time. The food was cheap, chicken was hard to digest, the fries are only crinkle? Came from a bag from probably Walmart. The soda was not Pepsi, probably RC cola. The whole place went downhill. Oh the kicker, they have written the new prices in marker on the beat up menu taped to the table... don't waste your money or time. Hopefully this helps this business to turn around.

This was the worst my sister in vegetarian so obviously we asked for a impossible burger and you will not believe what we got, a burger with meat and the meat wasn’t even cooked. (It’s not like it was all pink and just raw) there was pieces that were cold and pink. Also there was these 2 girls working there 1 taking our order and the other one in the back cooking. The girl taking our order looked like she hated life and looked and sounded to mean and rude. As well as it took for ever to get our food considering our burgers weren’t even cooked well. All 3 burgers we ordered came with the wrong toppings. No cheese means no cheese. No special sauce means no special sauce. Onions and pickles only means onions and pickles only. The burgers themselves were okay once we scraped off the ingredients we didn’t ask for, but I doubt we’ll eat there again.

It was my first time and the last that I come here! I had to pay 1 dollar for 2 oz of ranch, I asked for Spanish buger and they gave me angus, the service awful! I'll never come back

Never again, what I rec'd was not what I ordered. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was a big sloppy wet mess. The Buffalo Wings were not fresh, they were old. I should've known better with Wing Stop next door. The Fries aren't the best, I didn't receive the round Fries they gave me regular Fries & they were awful. The Onion Rings were okay. This was my first and last time going here. Done!!!

For the COVID era, with only 2 other people in the store, taking 20 minutes to get their most basic burger with some fries is unforgivable and ridiculous. Also, the cook is back there with his mask under his nose. It's barely covering his mouth. I just watched him "adjust" it... still under his nose. Oh look! The other cook (woman) in the back has adopted the same "under the nose" sense of mask fashion! Lovely! Why am I daring to eat this food?

Well.. they're open but they look closed.I had to ask them if they were open even though they have a huge sign in front. They're advertising a special combo daily from 10-3pm for $6. I ordered at 2:30, for the special and got rang up under regular pricing. Burger fries and soda for $10 and they charged me for ranch .79 cents each.Paid for ranch, didn't give me ranch. Fries look like they're from a frozen bag and the burger is just disappointing.

I hit one star it should've been no stars. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wings, they weren't fresh they were "Old" my fault Wingstop was next door, duh. My son ordered a Crispy Chicken sandwich and rec'd like a whole side part of a chicken "huge" drenched in some kinda sauce, uh uh. Fries were awful, but the Onion rings were okay. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I love their falafel burger! And love that they can make it in slider form as well. They have a great assortment of burgers and fries that have a style option like garlic aoli fries ? yum.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, instead I received an extremely greasy grilled chicken mess. Obviously the order was rushed. I have never ordered from here before. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. Somewhere where your order is correct, your sandwich is not covered in grease, and where they at least attempt at wrapping it correctly. On top of that, I ordered a sprite, and the cup was barely filled past the halfway mark. Either the staff was tired, or they really do not care about fulfilling orders correctly.
