I bought cookies from here multiple times but this last time will be the last , the cookies weren’t even cooked all the way still doughy in the middle , the cookies are always flat but these ones came different 😂 I’ve never seen anything like theses before from here , i wouldn’t mind if they were cooked all the way but they weren’t

How Crumbl has a better rating than butter pecan is beyond me, butter pecan absolutely takes the cake, or should I say cookie? For being the best cookie shop in the bay. Every single cookie here has never let me down, my favorite being the dark chocolate sea salt, I could literally eat 90 of them in one sitting.

Local and delicious. My father requested these cookies for his birthday and he loves them! Amazing staff, packaging and made my family happy. Would recommend to anyone who is local and out of the area.

Best cookies hands down! Still need to train staff a little more but they will do their best to resolve issues. Trust me it's work it.

That strawberry cookie would have been bomb if you would have made it with peanut butter cookie batter! Either way, it was still a delicious cookie!

The cookies are amazing, however they never open on time. The staff is unprepared
The store is not important to them, its not ttheir establishment. They were suppose to open at 10am. I watched the employee go sit on her car for 15 min. Smh

Get there at 1pm on a Sunday. All the good cookies are sold out. Even the most classic chocolate chip cookies they don't have. And store close at 5pm. Only the left over cookies dont even look interesting. Not a good business. Don't recommended. GO TO SWEET AFFAIR IN WALNUT CREEK. Their cookies look very appealing.

😍Once I week I allow my self the indulgence of one of their amazing cookies. It's my cookie Friday treat. Soooooo good. Ya gotta try it!

Love love this place cookies are soo moist and delicious. The staff are very friendly and very welcoming. The only thing i do not like is that heavy door in the front. Its soo hard to pull, i don't know how elderly or any wheelchair access will do it.

Would be very good cookies if they cut the sugar by about 20% and made sure to bake each cookie by another 2 minutes so there’s no sloppy gooey mess. Instead of cookies being really balanced between crispy edge chewy middle they’re practically wet dough in the middle (<70% of the cookie) if they aren’t browned enough. TOO SWEET. Just make nestle tollhouse recipe with semi sweet chips it’s better

Better then crumbl

This is for Pleasant Hill Location An online order placed for Pleasant Hill pick up today at 5 PM. They did not fill my order nor tell me in advance they couldn’t fill my order. They confirmed my order last night via email and it still wasn’t filled. The staff said they didn’t know they had to fill the order. The staff in the Pleasant Hill store was rude, unhelpful and not willing to refund my order they could not fill. The answer I got was they didn’t know how to do a refund and had no way to reach a manager or owner that could. They told me to figure out how to reach the owner myself by looking up the phone number on the website. When I did call the number twice while standing in the store with it had no way to leave a message and no answer. I asked if I could buy the cookies that were on the rack, which weren’t what I had originally picked for my dozen cookies, I was told no that they had to cool 15 more minutes before they could sell them. But they sold those cookies to a customer that walked in behind me before the 15 minutes were up. When I questioned that, girl tried to say she would’ve let me buy them. I called one of the other locations, Pinole, and the staff there were amazing. They were willing to help me even though it wasn’t their store that messed up. Attempted to reach owner via email contact form. I received a generic apology. No offer to honor the 20% off coupon I had bought the down on - it ended yesterday. No offer to make the issue right. This was a child’s request for tonight and I showed up empty handed even though they knew I placed the order.
