Location Pinole,Ca My first experience wasn’t the best,BUT I went again and was super happy bc these are THEE BEST COOKIES OUT 💯seriously addictive will highly recommend !

This is for Pleasant Hill Location An online order placed for Pleasant Hill pick up today at 5 PM. They did not fill my order nor tell me in advance they couldn’t fill my order. They confirmed my order last night via email and it still wasn’t filled. The staff said they didn’t know they had to fill the order. The staff in the Pleasant Hill store was rude, unhelpful and not willing to refund my order they could not fill. The answer I got was they didn’t know how to do a refund and had no way to reach a manager or owner that could. They told me to figure out how to reach the owner myself by looking up the phone number on the website. When I did call the number twice while standing in the store with it had no way to leave a message and no answer. I asked if I could buy the cookies that were on the rack, which weren’t what I had originally picked for my dozen cookies, I was told no that they had to cool 15 more minutes before they could sell them. But they sold those cookies to a customer that walked in behind me before the 15 minutes were up. When I questioned that, girl tried to say she would’ve let me buy them. I called one of the other locations, Pinole, and the staff there were amazing. They were willing to help me even though it wasn’t their store that messed up. Attempted to reach owner via email contact form. I received a generic apology. No offer to honor the 20% off coupon I had bought the down on - it ended yesterday. No offer to make the issue right. This was a child’s request for tonight and I showed up empty handed even though they knew I placed the order.

I'm not super into sweets, and haven't really been impressed when I've tried cookies from other shops in the mall etc. I decided to check this place out after noticing it going into the game store. I will never buy cookies from any other shop again.

My favorite is the sea salt chocolate chip.

I’ve done countless business with this location since they’ve opened for corporate orders, upwards of a couple thousand at this point since we’ve been ordering from them on a monthly basis over 15 dozen a month for our large organization. Despite their lack of customer service and effectiveness when fulfilling the orders. Today I went in to purchase 1 dozen, expecting to be able to use the 3,000 cookie points I have but nope, $5 is only allowed to be used at 1 time. Not really a nice way to thank your customers for repeat, high dollar patronage. Now I see no point in giving them all of my corporate orders. I’ll go elsewhere where the rewards show they actually appreciate the business

Worst cookies I ever tasted, tasted burnt and old , I remember making nestle cookies in the oven for the first time ever and they tasted better than these.

When I saw this place for the first time and saw that they sell cookies, I definitely went inside to buy some so I can try it. I can say the cookies were pretty good, my husband enjoyed it. They do have a lot of unique flavors.

I don't understand the hype. We had to try them because we heard they were amazing, but I could make better cookies. They had the taste, smell, and texture of day-old cookies. Also, why are their flavors so eccentric? There wasn't a single basic "chocolate chip cookie", "snicker doodle", "double chocolate" etc set of cookies. We came in to buy 6 but couldn't find 6 we'd even like. Every cookie was trying too hard to be unique. The only normal looking cookies had nuts added or were sweet-and-salty, none of which I like. Lesson learned is just make cookies at home with your family for a fun couples or family bonding experience, and for way cheaper. We finished the cookies only because we paid way too much for them, not because they tasted good. Customer service was just fine but the cookies did not deliver at all.

The cookies are not great. We had high expectations because the reviews look great for this shop, and we heard someone talking about the cookies being great here too. But the cookies are clearly baked from frozen and not actually mixed there. You'd expect the shop to at least smell like freshly baked cookies but it doesn't at all. Also, the prices are insane. $3.75 for a single cookie is outrageous. $21 for 6?!

My first time at this cookie shop. I've been wanting to try this place! I got the butter pecan & dark chocolate chunk. Both delicious and fresh. WAY better than Crumbl. You can tell the owner uses really good QUALITY ingredients. The staff were friendly and helped me pick out my cookies.??

Came in on 5/21/24 and placed 4 orders. The cookies were going to 4 different recipients and one of them has a banana allergy. The gentleman who worked on my order was really attentive when I told him about the allergy; he went to the back and grabbed a new spatula to ensure that there was no cross contamination with the cookies. He even labeled the box "no bananas". Thank you for listening and caring enough to make sure that I didn't mix up the boxes. Everyone loved the cookies and they are sooo delicious! I'm so glad you guys are in Pleasant Hill!
