I had the birria bowl with noodles. It was off the hook. Great flavor.

Delicious food, friendly staff. I highly recommend the ceviche and the grilled chicken. The empanadas were delicious as well!!!

Very tasty food, we enjoyed it. One of us had the "Ceviche of the day", which had red snapper. They enjoyed it very much. One of us had the chile verde empanadas. Very reasonably priced option, but they came out a bit greasy. I had the Currasco. A bit expensive, but then things are going that way these days. It was very well seasoned, and the rice with it was very tasty. My main issue is that they sliced it a bit thick/large, so it was hard to eat when you just have a plastic fork. If I had a knife it would have been perfect, but the large pieces were hard to chew sometimes. Next time I'll try the grilled chicken or the ceviche.

Recently tried this place while visiting from out of town- so sad I won’t have this back home! Great food, really convenient, & got our food fast, have to try the churrasco the sauce is ��

The food is amazing! Ordered the Churrasco and was very impressed by the presentation and the taste of the grilled steak! It was the truck’s first time on Travis AFB and hopefully not the last because I still want to try the ceviche and the fried plantains! I love that the menu is simple and the prices are pretty reasonable for a food truck. The guy who served us also gave me and my coworker their veggie empanadas to try and they do not disappoint! This will definitely be my go to food when they come around!

Had they're red snapper ceviche & chicken plate. Both delicious, but the civeche was out of this world good, the red pickled onion and pineapple were a new twist for me. Will be a must have next time.

I was so lucky I was doing a job across the street from his truck. The food is freaking amazing. The very best rice I’ve ever had in my life & the vegi chili verde empanadas are to die for. I even ordered extra after my job was done to take home to the family. Great service & amazing food.

New favorite spot for ceviche! Great portions for the price and the ingredients are actually fresh. Loved the service, the gentlemen are really sweet!
