Chipotle Mexican Grill

Location has failed to fulfill my order twice due to the restaurant not having cheese!!!...not sure who's responsible for that but that should probably get fixed..

The individual making my bowl, spilled the bowl, then proceeded to scoop it back up with her hand from the counter. She then laughed and said it’s deconstructed, then mushed the stuff back in and closed the top to the bowl

The food has been good but will likely stop going as the portions seem to decrease everytime. Or staff is undertrained. The last bowl i purchased was under the edge of bowl and it had cheese and lettuce. Normally other places will be like a little mound ,not here ever

The staff at this location were surprisingly rude, and the service felt very dismissive almost as if they were doing us a favor by serving us. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this has been the worst experience I’ve had at any location. Definitely disappointed.

A girl who claims to be manager sucks at her job which probably is not the manager because she should have better customer service skills. They messed up on my food and did not care to help me out.

Got horribly sick eating here Friday evening. Restaurant was filthy. Service was antagonistic. And, to top it all off, I've spent the weekend in the bathroom.

I normally love chipotle and their portion. I go often. In Pittsburgh California has the best fair portion and staff. But this chipotle has to be the worst portion I got at a chipotle ever! Many chipotle in central contra costa has an issue with management and staff being stingy and rude toward people who try to get good portion? Like yes I need extra if you give me that much.

Smells like a sewage plant in Martinez. Absolutely awful. I nearly threw up.

The portions were extremely small, I left still feeling hungry. I only got about two spoonfuls of protein and a tiny bit of rice, which is far less than what I usually get at Chipotle. Definitely not worth the price for the amount of food.
