best place to take my kids. Love the options of flavors, the atmosphere and everything is very clean and maintained. I also love how they change the flavors of the frozen yogurt every once in a while and they.

Heard this location had a new owner so decided to take the kids for a little treat and check it out. WOW….that’s all I really need to say!
The smell of fresh baked cookies the moment I walked in, had me wanting a treat of my own. Also happy to report that finally, ALL MACHINES were working properly. The topping bar was clean and all toppings looked fresh.
My boys were super excited about the addition of a claw machine with squishies. Great entertainment while mom and dad finished their yogurt.
Safe to say this coco swirl will likely see us regularly!
Kid-friendliness: They added a claw machine, kids were SO excited!

Decent frozen yogurt, but I’ve had better back home in the Philippines! The flavors were okay, but they didn’t quite have that extra creaminess or distinct taste I was hoping for. The selection of toppings was standard, nothing out of the ordinary. The ambiance is pleasant, but overall, it’s just an average experience if you’re craving something exceptional. Worth a try, but maybe not a repeat for me.

I felt sick and threw up 20 minutes after drinking the milk tea. I don’t know if it’s me allergic to some ingredients or it’s something else.:( I never had this happened before when I had milk tea.

What is going on with this place !? This used to be my absolute favorite place to go and get frozen yogurt . I’ve been coming here since it opened! Everytime I go now the place is absolutely filthy , trash all over the floor inside and outside, dirt all over the floor and covered in toppings. The people behind the counter are so unfriendly and rude. They’re always out of order machines. I just went in there for the second time this week and more machines are out of order and the topping area is a mess! It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned up in days. I’m so sad that it has become so bad in there. I just used to love it here now it grosses me out .

Omg I regretted so much to have entered here. The girl with black hair was so rude. She never said welcome or hi or anything, she just have this face ?. She looks like she is disappointed to work there . And there were just 3 machines available because all others machines were out of order.
I asked the girl about one of the machines that was working and suddenly stopped and she was rude and said the yogurt was too cold and didn’t try to do something else to fix it.
Please don’t hire people that don’t want to work.
It’s so sad to have this kind of experience because we want to help the local businesses but with this attitude we never want to go back

Several machines were out of order, and the floor was dirty, and the toppings area looked like it hadn't been refilled or cleaned all night. The kid working wasn't at the counter greeting anyone. The place was a mess. As we arrived, another customer was walking out, telling us most of the machines were out of order. Have some pride where you work.

I haven’t left a negative review for a business in over 6 years, but felt obliged this evening.First bad experience was 2 months ago when I showed up 20 minutes before closing and the employee refused to give me toppings until I bribed them with a good tip, which I left. I was given the one topping I asked for.The second experience was about 6 weeks ago when I showed up hours before closing only to be told they were closed. The employee explained that the owner has only one employee at a time and there was nobody else. I said ok, have a good evening and they decided to serve me gracefully. I tipped very well again. This evening I showed up at 8:58pm and was told they were closed by the employee. The hours posted on Google had the store open until 9:30.I understand these experiences have little to do with the teenagers working and am grateful they all seemed like hardworking kids.I am leaving this review hoping the owner does something to improve their business and our beloved downtown pleasant hill. My hope is that you put more effort into your business before you keep losing customers like my family.I am also grateful that yogurtland is right around the corner.
Very expensive. Heaping small container was over $10. Pricing not listed. “Music” quite bad. Air conditioned for no reason, ie, uncomfortably cold. The sugar-free choice was not tasty.
I came on a Monday with my daughter n my nephew the girl working there was rude. Didn't even greet us or anything. Was just rude ! But greeted the people who walked in a bit after us. But yogurt was delicious!
Very Very delicious first time came and a was the best idea ????????
