Alot of unique seasonal flavors like hazelnut Gelato. I like to go for the dole pineapple flavors to pretend I'm in Disneyland since the ticket prices are too expensive. The place has been around since my middle school years in 2013. It's nice that the place is still open. Service: it's okay with local highschoolers working there most of the time. Ambiance: the topping section is messy with the rotator machines. I'm an adult and I still make a mess depending how much yogurt I have in my cup. Overall, I give the place a four because of the broken machines, lack of customer service, and messy topping section

As much as we love cocoswirl's frozen yogurt, we won't be going back soon. We went in on Friday night and the place really stinks. Melted yogurt dripping off all of the machines and a couple out of order. Toppings station doesn't look like it's been cleaned in awhile and the topping containers haven't been washed. It wasn't busy so I'm not sure what the problem was. I figured it was later in the evening, got my yogurt and left. The next day my kids wanted to go so we went again. I'm not kidding when I say it looked exactly the same but worse. Like nothing had even been cleaned overnight. I expected there to a reset at close of shift and I don't think anything was done. Same mess as day before with more added on. I was so grossed out that I just can't go back.

I haven’t left a negative review for a business in over 6 years, but felt obliged this evening.First bad experience was 2 months ago when I showed up 20 minutes before closing and the employee refused to give me toppings until I bribed them with a good tip, which I left. I was given the one topping I asked for.The second experience was about 6 weeks ago when I showed up hours before closing only to be told they were closed. The employee explained that the owner has only one employee at a time and there was nobody else. I said ok, have a good evening and they decided to serve me gracefully. I tipped very well again. This evening I showed up at 8:58pm and was told they were closed by the employee. The hours posted on Google had the store open until 9:30.I understand these experiences have little to do with the teenagers working and am grateful they all seemed like hardworking kids.I am leaving this review hoping the owner does something to improve their business and our beloved downtown pleasant hill. My hope is that you put more effort into your business before you keep losing customers like my family.I am also grateful that yogurtland is right around the corner.

Standard pay by the pound fro-yo. There were a bunch of flavors on the menu that were out. Four of the machines were broken. The choices left were pretty generic.

The teen and I decided we needed a cool treat in this 1,000,000° weather so we opted for froyo.Glad we did, we both had a taste for euro tart, but I added a little blackberry to mine and all I can say is yummmm! She had some gummy worms to top hers off and I some crushed Reesie's cups.It definitely hit the spot, and Bella's customer service skills were great. The only thing I'm sad about is I already ate it and I forgot to take a picture of it, but that just gives me an excuse to go back for more!I'm giving this place four yumms up!!

Very expensive. Heaping small container was over $10. Pricing not listed. “Music” quite bad. Air conditioned for no reason, ie, uncomfortably cold. The sugar-free choice was not tasty.

I came on a Monday with my daughter n my nephew the girl working there was rude. Didn't even greet us or anything. Was just rude ! But greeted the people who walked in a bit after us. But yogurt was delicious!

The ice cream here is really great, definitely recommend the DOLE whip. But lots of times, the employees are teenagers who just don't put a smile on your face. They seem so unenthusiastic about working there. And I wouldn't recommend the boba. First of all, it takes about five minutes to make it. Second, it just doesn't taste good. I've tried plenty of boba before, and this boba just is never as good. I usually get milk tea, and it's always too much or too little milk. The popping boba pearls have a gross aftertaste, but I know that there's better ones out there. If you want boba, you should get a boba kit from Trader Joes. Those taste much better.

Clean and convenient location to grab frozen yogurt in downtown Pleasant Hill! Lots of topping options too! I notice Specialty flavors on my occasional visits, like the passionfruit, orange, guava flavor today (7/23/22)

PINEAPPLE DOLE WHIP FTW!!! I add lychee, popping boba, fresh strawberries & blueberries, and coconut on top! So friggin bomb. Also the vanilla (not the tart but the regular) is sooo goood. I add strawberries, brownies, chocolate covered pretzels when I'm in the mood for something sweet. I really like this place cause the froyo is a really good quality. I have never like Yogurtland for some reason, coco swirl is way better.
