Two of us came in here around 10:00 in the evening on a Saturday night and there was one waitress who was also the cashier and was also doing some beverage preparation. The restaurant was half full so she could not handle the crowd. People were waiting to check out, people were waiting for a table. People were waiting for their food. It looked like there was only one cook in the kitchen and he was working his tail off. Why does a major corporation not have enough people on the staff? The food was not bad but the wait was intolerable. Also the restaurant was in the low 60s in temperature it was freezing cold. I'm sure that helped the waitress who was running around trying to do everything, but it was very uncomfortable for us and I noticed other people wearing their coats. This Denny's needs help.

It is still Denny's. Denny's food served to you hot and fresh just like it has been since the beginning of time. Hotcakes tasted like hotcakes, hash browns tasted like hash browns, bacon tasted like thin cardboard flavored like bacon. It's absolutely delicious at midnight!

very short handed. very busy Saturday night and only 2 people working. yes its true! only 2 people. the poor waitress was completely overwhelmed. Bussing tables, helping the cook, trying to seat and serve customers and run the register. it was a terrible experience, and took forever to get our food which was cold and dry. And extremely mediocre. We would have left except we felt so sorry for her and the lone cook. Neither she or the cook had taken any breaks or lunch and I am certain that has to be against California labor laws. She was trying so hard, so patient, hard working and pleasant and apologetic for the delays, we didnt have the heart to leave. Absolutely shameful on Dennys lack of management. I will never go to another Dennys again strictly on principle. In a situation like that, the restaurant should have been closed until they can hire help. some people in line, said they were there the day before and it was the same situation. Sad.

Let me say that I was completely impressed by the food quality it was great. It was Hands down one of the best burgers I have had in awhile. The price was good too better that most places for less taste.. the service was very fast and friendly and suggested mushrooms on my burger wich I’m glad I did.. it was overall a not cleaner inside this time the management repaired the booth that were ripped and I can see clearly out the windows great job by all here

Disappointing Experience
I ordered from this location and was extremely disappointed. The fries were placed on top of the eggs, making them soggy. My steak, which I specifically requested medium-rare, was overcooked. The bread was completely burnt, and the side of rice was nowhere near worth the $5 charge for the portion provided. Overall, a terrible experience. I won’t be ordering again.

Great place ..prices are good . A lot cheaper then most other places these days . The place was pretty clean also even though it seems like they are always understaffed ..the servers are always smiling and friendly .I don't know how they cook stuff so fast..those cooks are the best....I love the burgers..burger and fr fo $10.00 my new go to spot
Took forever to get a refill on my drink and the food was very salty. It said it was busy online when there was only four tables full in the restaurant can't trust anything

one star rating and why? Because to begin with, the bench-shaped seats are broken, the bathrooms are totally DIRTY around the toilet lid, DIRTY with PUPO, the floors are dirty and smell like PIPI, and many other things.

First time visitor a couple weeks ago. My route recently changed so I've been stopping here about twice a week ... Friendly staff and pretty well cooked food... They make the best omelettes. Upon recommendation of the manager Terry , I Tried a milkshake the other night it was excellent.. Thanks for recommending it...
