Escape From Fisherman's Wharf

Been here 3 times the last 2 weeks needing sandwich for night shift lunch. Today I order the crab sandwich again this real salty and strong fishy smell. Didnt eat but 2 bites, went to eat my turkey sandwich and there was tomato. I told them no tomato 3 times he even repeated it. Well no 4th time

I tried the place for the first time yesterday and got a pastrami sandwich in my honest opinion I didn't like it. The sandwich meat tasted weird I had to spit it out and it had a fishy taste to it. I understand it's a seafood place but I should not have tasted the sea on a pastrami sandwich.

I grew up in San Francisco, having the best crab & shrimp sandwiches, then moved to Martinez, my Bf and I would drive all the way to S.F just to have a good crab sandwich, little did we know that this little place existed close to us, we ordered a crab and shrimp sandwiches for lunch and they where delicious, the service is excellent, the prices are not like those in S.F, there are plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your food, lots of parking and so good we ended up taking one shrimp and 1 crab to go to enjoy it at home for dinner, yes they are that good!

Little hidden gem! The crab sandwich and clam chowder bowl is delicious and the owners are extremely friendly! Oh and I’m glad they recommended the iced mocha! It was sooo good. A must stop when you’re in the area!

Stopped in for a delicious crab sandwich and chowder in a crisp sourdough bowl with family. We stayed over 2 hours catching up and ended up having sundaes too! The owners and staff are so amazing. I lost my wallet and they found it and kept it safe until I could come back and pick it up. Restores my faith in people and small local businesses. ??

Wow. This was really good. I loved dipping my chips in my clam chowder. I ordered a soup and sandwich combo. I got the tuna sandwich. It was good. I forgot to order cheese but it was fine without it. It was nice to find good soup. I would definitely return if I am in the area again soon.

For more than 20 years I have enjoyed their decent food…BUT for all those years I have had to endure the owners extremely poor attitude towards customers and service provided.Very rude, not only how they treat you but how the male owner looks and acts very honorary and the wife is not much different.As of today I decided I will never return after a reminder of how I endured the way they treat their customers.I simply asked the owner if there was anything he would recommend today and he says go talk with the lady I’m too busy to talk with a very harsh rude tone.I turned around and walked out for good.

They have the best clam chowder and seafood sandwiches that you can get outside of Fisherman's Wharf. The soup and sandwich is just right. It's not a lavish dining area but many patrons get takeout. And if you have room for dessert they have got you covered. I think they have a multitude of local regulars, us included.

Been going here for over 10 years omg the best sandwiches and the best crab in town, bread bowl with clam chowder is amazing taste so good I highly recommend this place. The best service ever
