I've been ordering food here for years. I don't know if they changed hands or what, but I will not be going back. I ordered my usual wor wonton soup. Usually the broth is delicious, but today I actually called the restaurant back to make sure I had the right order. In the past, the soup was loaded with veggies and the broth was light and delicious. Today the broth was as dark as hot and sour soup, there were almost no veggies or wontons (2 in my whole soup). When I called to complain I was just told that was the right order. No offer to make it right. I'll be looking for Chinese food somewhere else. Disappointed and hungry.

Love love love this place! I always had fresh dishes, like the sauces were just poured on top before I was served. Totally understandable if my food hasnt been quite as perfect with only able to do ToGo orders but huge kudos to them hanging in & open during this covid pandemic causing them strict CDC orders. CAN'T WAIT 'TIL THEY CAN OPEN COMPLETELY & WE'RE ALLOWED TO DINE IN AGAIN!!

My husband and I are regulars at the pleasant hill location! We always order the same thing: salt and pepper prawns, string green beans no meat, and a side of steamed rice. It is the absolute best! Our favorite!

I saw a two rats ? run by me when I was waiting to pick up a call in order for my wife. Cancelled my order and left right away. That was disturbing and disgusting ?

The woman at the counter today was extremely rude, food was decent but even if it was great I still wouldn't go back. Where was the nice man that would usually help us, he needs to fire you (probably family but count your losses).

I rarely write a negative review. Do you appreciate friendly customer service? Then don't come here. Bring your business to three brothers from China down the road. With so Chinese restaurants to choose from, I was surprised of the poor service when I came in to order togo for my family of 4. The restaurant was empty, I asked if I could please use restroom since I just drove an hour from San Jose. I only got a curt, "No restroom". Yes, I was wearing a mask and cleanly dressed (not that how I look should matter) I said, "Ok, can you please tell me someplace nearby so I can order food and be back. "No." Wow. Ok, No problem. I took my business a few doors down to get dinner and freshen up, wash my hands... you know, just be a civilized person. A little kindness and customer service can earn customers for life. Now I will never bring my family or friends here again. Advice to the owner, heres a script you can train your staff " Sorry, but our restroom is out of order right now. I don't know where there's one that's open nearby. Let me ask one of my coworkers" YMMV

Not only is the owner one of the absolute sweetest people his food is the best! unlike many chinese restaurants the food is not greasy and is made with quality ingredients! my husband and I have several items we have to order every time because they are just that good! the Szechuan chicken and lemon chicken are amazing! made with chicken breast so they aren't fatty and the breading isn't too thick. Their sauces are so good we get extra on the side just to put on pork friedoed
