This Happy Lemon location is located in the College Park Center. It is a small plaza with a shared parking lot. The employees here are not the most friendly either. I am not sure why this location never have the bubble waffles available when I come here. They stopped the physical rewards card, but they do have a rewards system through their app. Also, I am not sure why at this particular location, your purchases are worth less points or 'lemons' than at other locations I have been to.I alternate between the Green Tea with Salted Cheese and boba, Mango Boba Green Tea, and Mango Matcha with boba. Their salted cheese green tea was okay - a bit chalky and thick compared to other locations, so it made me kind of thirsty as I was drinking it. The mango green tea was decent - it was refreshing, but it tasted a bit too overly sweet here. The mango matcha here was decent as well, but it tasted like it was not well blended.

Still my favorite boba place. Was having a hard time deciding if I should stick with my usual drink but then decided to pick a new drink. It's my first time trying the boba with the puff cream, It's good but I still prefer the classic black tea with salted cheese.Service is fast and friendly. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

The bubble waffle is fresh, crunchy and super yummmy! I g head the chocolate flavor. The drinks were good too! The staff was friendly, the orders were made quick and overall this was just a great dessert shop to stop and satisfy your morning cravings. Thankyou!

Their salted cheese topping is super good, so get that. It's similar to cheesecake mousse, it's very light, sweet, creamy, and at the same time salty to balance the sweetness. It's so good when mixed in with your drink - whether it's regular tea or milk tea, but I do like their milk tea better with their salted cheese topping. But their boba is cooked spot on too - soft yet chewy and it's perfectly sweetened. I like getting them both with my milk tea. The milk tea is super creamy and delicious as well. The service at this place was pretty quick and staff were friendly. The store looked pretty standard when we visited it last week; it wasn't too big but it provided enough seats for dine in customers. The store was clean.

Quick and courteous service but not many positives other than that.The floors were dirty, and the interior of the shop was uncomfortably warm. They don't seem to have the AC on AT ALL. I feel for the employees who have to work in there and bear the heat for hours, which is the main reason I'm writing this review. Fix the AC or turn it on, I'm not asking that it be icy cold in there by any means, but at least set the temperature on the thermostat to make the space more comfortable for everyone. I saw many of the customers fanning themselves and/or commenting on how hot it was in there. They ended up turning on a huge industrial size fan at the back of the hallway, which didn’t really help since it was just the same hot air being blown around.Also, every other location I've ever been to serves waffles with boba pearls inside it, mixed with the batter upon request, but apparently not this location. I double-checked with the cashier when they said they didn't do that, and the only option was for me to have it in a cup on the side, at which point I declined and dropped the issue.Just an uncomfortable and disappointing experience overall.

Ordered: Okinawa Milk Tea Boba with Aloe (non-caffeinated)It's clean and spacious. The main reason I went here is because their menu clearly showed that drinks can be adjusted by ice level and sweetness. There were photos of two other boba spots on Yelp. They didn't show whether ice level and sweetness can be adjusted so I avoided those spots. Happy Lemon also noted which drinks were non-caffeinated. I ordered the Okinawa Milk Tea. It tastes good. I was somewhat upset at the person who took my order because they didn't ask me if I wanted to adjust my sugar and ice level. I'm annoyed at myself for forgetting. I remembered right before she sealed it. She scraped a little syrup and some ice after I told her I want 50% sugar and 75% ice. It's cool she tried. I tried the drink in my car; it was too sweet for me. I should have gone back and asked for a refund or remake my drink. Will I come back here? Maybe if I happen to be around the area. I recommend that employees ask customers about adjusting their sugar and ice. I have health issues. Limiting my sugar helps. When I got home, I diluted the milk tea. 3/5

This review is way, way overdue. I have visited this happy lemon multiple times per week for over 2 years and am extremely satisfied with my experience every time. I have a big family, therefore have orders of over 10 drinks each time. I usually order ahead over the phone, and each and every employee is always so patient and perfectly records my order. It is always ready immediately upon my arrival and I swear they have never messed up a drink in my millions of visits here. All of the employees are so amazing and friendly, most especially the manager/owner, who knows me by name and always goes above and beyond to customize my drinks to my liking and make sure I'm always happy with my orders. There was one occasion where the line was so long and I was in a rush to pick up my order and could not wait, and the owner just walked up to me and handed me my order and instructed me to come by and pay later or next time I visited when it was less busy. Who does that??? So freaking kind and trusting and amazing. I love it so much here. The store itself is always extremely immaculate. Their rewards program gives so many free drinks! Their tea is absolutely delicious, especially their puff cream milk tea and salted cheese drinks. I don't think I've had a drink I don't like here. If you want amazing drinks and spectacular customer service, definitely come here. You'll probably run into me because I come here so often, haha.

Recently got a Happy Lemon on Oahu and wanted to try a specialty drink from this Concord location. The flavor and consistency of the lemon slushy is the same. In Hawaii you can choose from a ?, ?, or Passion Fruit slushy instead.Looking at the color you can tell red dragon fruit was used, but you could hardly tell its flavor since the lemon is overpowering. A little disappointed, but not surprised. I like the lemonade flavor so I still enjoyed my drink. The fresh Dragon Fruit and Lychee juice is the next one I’d like to try so I’ll be back!
