My son was craving In-N-Out.Usually, each one of them is extremely busy, and a waiting of minimum of 10 to 30 minutes to make the order, but this location at 1pm wasn't that busy.He had his meal in less than 15 minutes.Have fun and carry on people ?

Food is great, service is good but takes forever, drive thru can take up toward 30-45 minutes if you’re lucky. If you’re eating in, it’s chaotic, extremely loud and noise environment with limited seating.
My standard order was made to perfection, as usual. The food was delicious and hot. If I had one criticism to make, it's the crazy long waiting times at the Drive-thru. But it's nobody's fault, good food attracts lots of customers. Despite the neverending queues the staff was friendly and working fast throughout. Lots of respect.

Note to Drive Through Customers- Drive Through process has very recently changed, there is no signage about this, and you are expected to know or to go to the end of the line after waiting over 20 minutes and going through during your turn. I ended up not eating here and will do everything possible to avoid this location from now on, particularly because the employee telling me to go to the end of the line did not listen to me and lied to me. I love In n Out and have been going to this location for years. Very disappointing
