Terrible service. They ran out of their “All day breakfast” and when I ordered 2 combos the only thing I got was a side and one burger. Rest of order mysteriously gone.

I usually don't leave review. But this is the slowest drive through ever ! It's just ridiculous! I have been waiting like 10 mins in car and there is only one car in front of me. Unbelievable!

I got a Southwestern salad when I got home it was a box of lettuce with like 20 sliced carrots and a handful (very small)Of cheese....WtheckA side salad has more in it....no corn,It was a plastic container of lettuceThat's not what I ordered......you need to go threw your order VERY CAREFULLY PEICE BY PEICE....YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOUR GOING TO GET THERE....THEY HAVE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.....ITS WHO MAKES THE FOOD........SHAME ON THE MANAGER FOR NOT TRAINING THEM....OR MAKING SURE THEY KNOW WHAT THERE DOING
Was disappointed to have purchased here. The seasoned fries felt cold and it was not even 5 minutes when I came home that I discovered my order was lukewarm and fries cold even when I had a thermal bag for my order. The walnut creek branch least when I order there is usually hot to warm at night. Not going to buy here again very disappointed and for the price I might as well go to In N Out and purchase a dozen cheeseburgers for what I paid for here for a combo and chicken sandwich.

Decent food unfortunately its gotten way too expensive especially since the minimum wage raise cause none of the fast food workers can get a order right, always missing items or wrong items. Havent gotten an order right outta 4 visits!!!!!

I ordered online and found it closed. They already charged me. After a week I'm still waiting for a refund and processed it twice through the web app. Will I get it? There is no place worse than Jack in the box.

I think they need more training because I work next door and every time I try to eat there either the front doors are locked or nobody wants to help you and they aren't busy so it shouldn't be very hard to acknowledge a customer and let them know you'll be with them shortly
