My main issue are with the bar stools. They’re absolutely dreadful!! So uncomfortable! That definitely needs to change. The only thing we usually order is the Mediterranean Sampler which is really great. I don’t order anything deep fried because of the seed oils. This needs to change as well. Come on Jack’s! Be the trend setter!!

Hazy IPA was fire! The food was amazing as well. Ordered classic macaroni, calamari, fish & chips. All made fresh the taste was perfect. The experience was perfect. Recommend coming early it gets busy with no tables at high traffic times. Awesome vibe. Highly recommended!

This place is awesome. Good food, good atmosphere and a convenient location with accessible parking most of the time (Sunday brunch not so much). On weeknights, we like to go to Jack's Taps. One bartender in particular (Caitlin) always makes the trip there a Cheers moment. She knows our names and whether we have a preferred order. So glad we have found our place in Pleasant Hill.

The waitress Jamie M, was an amazing server. The food was phenomenal but the service was even better. We enjoyed our time, the timing of the food and drinks was good, but Jamie made sure that we had our drinks ahead of time. Then the food came out fast too. Wonderful place with fantastic food and experience! 10/10

We love the breakfast variety of goods and jack (no relation) the bartender has his own cadre following him Breakfast burrito one of the best!

Our first time here was for our birthday dinner. Food was great & service outstanding. Our waitress Janell was very attentive & kind. We went back the next day. Food was great but the service was horrible. I don’t know the waiters name because he talked fast. The first night my hubby ordered lamb chops, potato wedges & spinach & it did not disappoint. Delicious, hot. I ordered Chicken Marsala with fried polenta & spinach. It was pretty good but I wished I’d ordered lamb. Our appetizer of fried calamari was delicious. Very lightly breaded. All our food came out fast & hot. They could have waited a little longer to bring the main meal but they were very busy. Janell brought us a banana split on the house for our birthdays. The next night I ordered a cheeseburger & it was really good but the meat was a little too rare. Otherwise it was fantastic. My hubby had the lamb Gyro & it was very good. Everything was very fresh. The second night was when the service was horrible. Our waiter took our order, but another waitress a served us, our waiter never checked on us one time & only came back to give us our bill then collect it. He was too busy talking to the couple at the table next to us. Disappointed the 2nd visit.

Great food & service. They were very kind to us after a very long drive to attend a funeral. Food was delicious and it was a nice evening. They also were very patient with our toddler who was really cranky. We will be back.

Delicious food, including excellent gluten free Mac and cheese and pasta! Outdoor seating was comfortable and has heat lamps. The service was excellent and friendly. We had a great time, loved the music selection!
