This place is awesome. Good food, good atmosphere and a convenient location with accessible parking most of the time (Sunday brunch not so much). On weeknights, we like to go to Jack's Taps. One bartender in particular (Caitlin) always makes the trip there a Cheers moment. She knows our names and whether we have a preferred order. So glad we have found our place in Pleasant Hill.

The waitress Jamie M, was an amazing server. The food was phenomenal but the service was even better. We enjoyed our time, the timing of the food and drinks was good, but Jamie made sure that we had our drinks ahead of time. Then the food came out fast too. Wonderful place with fantastic food and experience! 10/10

If you're in the mood to sit in hightops, and perhaps the bar, the taproom is a great place at Jack's. The food is all the same... Delicious the service is wonderful and the atmosphere is gregarious. So the next time you can't get into the dining room, or perhaps at their Bar sneak around the corner and have yourself a bite. Watch a game and hangout. The bathrooms are accessible, so no running up stairs in the main dining room if you're in a pinch. One thing I would like to point out in Jack's tap room is that your beers or more visible and an array of choices not to forget cocktails are accessible. Enjoy,

I have been in search of a really good French dip sandwich. So I thought I'd give Jack's a try. It wasn't that the sandwich was bad but rather just average. The portion was good but I was hoping for house roasted beef vs deli a precooked deli style roast beef. The jus was average as well most likely made from a dry concentrate. The bread was good. My fries had to have been sitting under a warmer for a while(definitely not fresh). The service was good and very prompt and the atmosphere was nice as far as a corporate chain can be. All in all everything was just ok. Would I go back maybe because it's close but my search for a great French dip goes on.

The Calamari was excellent. Seasoned well, tarter sauce was yummy. Garlic oregano fries were not too over powering. Love them. The margarita was okay.

Great place for a bite and some brew. Many tvs at the bar to catch your sports team too. The vibe is casual and service is prompt. I ordered a burger that came with sourdough bread as the bun, which sounded good at first, but about halfway through I wish I went with a brioche bun instead. My friend ordered the fried chicken sandwich and the chicken filet was HUGE! I do prefer a fried chicken sandwich with a lot more sauce or slaw inside the sandwich. It looked more like fried chicken than a sandwich. It was a quick bite, but satisfying. I'd come here again for sure!

Our first time here was for our birthday dinner. Food was great & service outstanding. Our waitress Janell was very attentive & kind. We went back the next day. Food was great but the service was horrible. I don’t know the waiters name because he talked fast. The first night my hubby ordered lamb chops, potato wedges & spinach & it did not disappoint. Delicious, hot. I ordered Chicken Marsala with fried polenta & spinach. It was pretty good but I wished I’d ordered lamb. Our appetizer of fried calamari was delicious. Very lightly breaded. All our food came out fast & hot. They could have waited a little longer to bring the main meal but they were very busy. Janell brought us a banana split on the house for our birthdays. The next night I ordered a cheeseburger & it was really good but the meat was a little too rare. Otherwise it was fantastic. My hubby had the lamb Gyro & it was very good. Everything was very fresh. The second night was when the service was horrible. Our waiter took our order, but another waitress a served us, our waiter never checked on us one time & only came back to give us our bill then collect it. He was too busy talking to the couple at the table next to us. Disappointed the 2nd visit.

The food is so tasty! There's so much to choose from. Anything you want they have. I'm obsessed with their pomodoro pasta. Everything is wonderfully made! Their pot roast is amazing!

This place is amazing! It is a bit noisy but to be expected in such a large place. The food, the service were both spectacular. We ordered two burgers and the polenta. The burgers were uttered "delicious" with every bite and the polenta was some of the best polenta I've ever had!! Highly recommend this place
