Employees are fine but it's humid af in here. Lighting and ceiling are terrible and it stinks. Hoping this changes for the better or becomes something else.

Do not order from this location. They will not cater to what you want. I ordered through door dash and called them stating that my wife wants Fruitty Rocks since she is pregnant and they can't do it since its not on the menu. But I ordered multiple times already through door dash and they do it. This is the first time they would not cater to what you want. Talk about customer service.

Good service but a few times I've thought it's closed because the lights in the front are always off. Not sure why they keep the lights off? You'd think they want customers to come in.

Was not greeted once I walked in and there were no customers in front of me. After viewing the menu for a brief moment the cashier asked if I was ready or not. Once I placed my order they quickly gave me my smoothie and food. I walked to my car and proceeded to leave. I bit into my sausage wrap only to find out that it was not cooked thoroughly at all. They gave me two wraps that were basically still frozen in the middle. I had to toss them from that point. The fact that they would blatantly hand me frozen food is just outrageous.

The smoothies are great! I would recommend to make an online order 15-20 minutes ahead. Otherwise the wait time could be long. They have limited workforce

Staff overall are always wonderful!!!They always are stocked and everything is working.I find it odd about the shoes an no socks a few wear cause of well just idk lol. But still my favorite JJ in the area.

Poor customer service. I've came multiple times. They have gotten orders wrong multiple times, lied about missing ingredients, messed up basic smoothie recipes, and now just straight up refused service because they did not want to honor the 10% off discount. Will never return.

The prices change per store location there is a big difference between ordering the same item at a different location. That is not cool.

Place wasn't busy at all on a Saturday evening, which was surprisingly awesome cause I'm always accustomed to long lines.Came to get something healthy after a workout and went with the acai primo bowl. Had this a long time ago, and I forgot how amazing it is, with all the freshness on top, including the coconut shavings.Staff was very pleasant, and the girl at the front even warned me the bananas were a little green, which I didn't mind at all, but honestly, the bananas were just fine.I'll be back !!! (Arnold voice over) hehehehe :)

I've been coming here for awhile and the smoothies are always consistent. Todays trip was just weird though. We visited around 3pm today and entered the store. It was not too crowded with 3 employees working on orders. What we noticed was it was dead quiet. No music playing in the store, the employees didn't greet anyone nor were they talking to each other. They looked super depressed and it felt like they would rather be digging ditches in the heat than making smoothies in the AC. We couldn't wait to get out of there! At least the smoothies were good.
