Great Boba shop. Got the Earl Grey milk tea and it was amazing. Not overly sweet and had a classic earl grey taste. A+, worth a stop.

The vibe is bright with track lighting, plenty of seating, and one Instagram-worthy spot. Downsides: they can be short-staffed, which limits the menu. Great spot for boba, smoothies and snacks!

boba is so well made and creamy/milky! the service is quick and the people working there are so lovely, the whole design of the place and everything is so beautiful :) they are so so so generous about the amount they give when you order food, i love it here!! the brown sugar milk latte is absolutely amazing, and the popcorn chicken is a must!

The food and boba is super good! My sister and I go there all the time! But we spent 30$ on two boba drinks, a popcorn chicken, and spam musubi and we just wanted some siracha for our popcorn chicken and they charge 50 cents no exception. We don’t have any coins and so my sister said if they took card (which they do even for 50 cents) which is so ridiculous for siracha. I was like no and I pulled out $1 and they put in an order for two tiny plastic containers of siracha. They are nice but I wish they weren’t so cheap. Total turn off and creates an awkward experience for both the customer and employees.

I got a matcha latte and Taiwanese tempura. I went to Taiwan in 2017 and have not seen Taiwanese tempura on the menu in the USA ever so I had to order it. It was very good. The matcha latte was ok I would not order it again. But the boba quality, service, and ambiance is 10/10

Came here today in the evening with a friend, and saw this pop out on my feed. Decided to come visit and give it a rating. This is a new boba spot to the area. I like how this is convenient for students who go to DVC or anyone that lives within the area. Parking was easy access, don't have to park far. Went inside and it was clean, menus were given with images and digital menu on the wall if you are unsure what to order.
Drinks: Fresh Mango Sago and Jasmine Milk Tea 10/10 If you want something refreshing and sweet, get the mango sago! Jasmine milk tea was great with the soft chewy balls
Food: Basil Popcorn Chicken and Unagi Onigiri Popcorn chicken could do better, it was too dry and not crunchy. I've had other popcorn chicken from other boba spots, and the taste wasn't the same. Unagi Onigiri was a hit! If you like the dragon sushi roll, then you will definitely love eating the Onigiri! Portion was decent just like a sandwich.
Overall, I'd come again and try out the other drinks and more of the Onigiri!
As a Taiwanese, I can proudly say this is the most authentic boba shop I’ve ever tried. They even have real Taiwanese oolong tea. All available items taste just right, from the flavor of tea, milk, toppings, all are really well made. Even the curry bowl and ramen are surprisingly good.

Best tea that I've had in the Bay Area. You can tell their ingredients are really fresh and good quality. I hope they never change. They have a huge selection so I cannot speak for every tea, but would chose this over other popular tea places like Boba Guys, Happy Lemon, Teaspoon, Bober Tea, etc.
