Food was off, I suspect that they’re not selling as much and not keeping what they have freshly cooked. What do you expect for $30+ for 8 pieces. Time to put this label behind and find better values. KFC isn’t addicting as crack cocaine and they sure made it easier by slacking off on their usual quality.

Be wary of mobile orders. They sent notification that it was ready, but after we arrived we had to wait another 30 minutes because they ran out of chicken. They why did you say it was ready? I would assume ready meant it was boxed up and waiting. Food was fine, but they don't know how to run the store correctly. I would rather drive the extra 10-15 minutes and go to a different chicken place, and it would have been faster.

I found the staff here super friendly and accommodating. Service was fast, food was also good and the restaurant very clean. I’d definitely come back!
Places order online. Arrived on time. Told 15 minutes for pot pie. 30 minutes later they try to hand me the rest of the order they packed 30 minutes ago. I asked them to repack all the chicken and sides. Then they hand me drinks they prepared 30 minutes prior. No offer to remake them. We have no idea how the food tasted. We donated to a homeless person. This was the worst KFC I’ve ever been to and will not return.
