L&L Hawaiian BBQ

Very disgusted. I tried this place for the 1st time & had a fingernail in my food?

I’m so happy to have L and L back! There used to be one on Crescent Drive(a couple blocks away) and I was heartbroken when it shut down. I moved away for a while and imagine how awesome of a surprise it was to see my favorite Hawaiian BBQ spot has returned just before I moved back! ???
The employees are all super friendly, the food is always cooked to perfection, and the dining area is kept clean and tidy.
The only thing that would make this place better is if they would extend their hours on Friday/Saturday nights. A lot of other restaurants in the area close at 9pm on weeknights and 10pm on weekends so I was surprised/bummed to see that they close “early” in comparison.

Great portions for a great price. If you want fried chicken or Asian BBQ, this place is a better alternative for quality and value than a lot of Japanese restaurants around here.

WHAT A JOKE! Who knew being greedy enough to raise prices by a Quarter in this community could turn loyal customers away??Let's be completely honest here, the only reason why L&L is this popular (and destroyed Ohana BBQ) is because of their price/portion ratio, and in today's economy, a $13.75 plate and $2.50 spam masubi is what people Want.If this business continues this trend of greed and disloyalty to the local customers who support it so much, it will simply fail to prevail.

The food was great!Just a reminder to myself to go to another location because others behind me in line get food before me, so carry on home and pick anotherEdit : not sure how else to reply to owner but thank you for contacting me anyhow that's appreciated ☺️ my order was one beef plate and one chicken plate and someone behind got their chicken plate after me, not the end of the world but I pass many L&Ls depending on job location so I posted a reminder to myself haha

Great location! Everything was hot & fresh. You can tell they use fresh grease for frying. We ordered chicken katsu & bbq short rib combo plate and the chicken katsu & fried shrimp combo plate. The mac salad was well dressed and not runny. The cabbage was firm and fresh. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The short ribs were tender and had a lot of meet on them rather than too much fat. The teriyaki sauce was nice because it had an extra touch of ginger.The portion size is enough to last 3 servings!The location was clean. The cashier was friendly.

Great portions for the money even on the Mini Lunch. Very reasonable. However, my beef Hawaiian style ribs had more fat than meat on them... Friendly crew though.

Awesome food and the staff was attentive, checked my bag for order accuracy and made sure I had the right sauces before leaving. And the portions are huge! Great

The girl at the reg. Was very nice. The food was very lacking. I got a mini loco moco. It was $12 and all it was it was a frozen hamburger patty, turkey gravy form a can, over rice. Save your money and go to the store and make it.How ever the macaroni salad was pretty good.
