I'm not taking back my BCR experience, however, I just ordered a vegetarian burrito with black beans and no lettuce. The amount of each ingredient was spot on. One of the best vege burritos I've ever had. I'll be back for this.

Menu online looked delicious!! I'm a huge fan of crispy beef tacos. Ordered 3, and 1 potato. My wife ordered the chicken crispy tacos. They brought it out and wow great presentation!! Took one bite and it tasted like it was mooing. The potato one was....ok... took one more bite of the beef one, and my stomach was turned off. Threw the rest away. Waste of money. My wife said hers tasted like oil. Truly hate leaving a bad review but unfortunately here we are. I'd rather drive to San Jose!!! Just eeewwww

I'm so frustrated. placing an order over the phone, you need to speak Spanish. When explaining an order they do not understand you. I actually said goodby the other day when the employee couldn't understand my order. That was money lost for la Mordida. Then today for taco Tuesday I wanted to place an order. They put the phone down 4 separate times while I was try to tell them my order. When they read back my order it was wrong. Their salsa is great,I will always order my taco salad from them ,it is very good. I have frequent this establishment since the day they opened. But service is over phone is so frustrating. . The mole sauce has gotten very weak since they opened. So sad. I hope Gabriel reads this and assigns a Spanish/English speaking person to take orders and better their mole sauce. Maybe offer two types of mole sauce.

My recent visit to this restaurant left me feeling unsatisfied particularly its greasy taco salad and bad customer service. When I ordered the taco salad, I was asked which protein I would prefer. I accidentally chose ground beef. However, within seconds, I asked the cashier whether I could change my option. With this simple request, the cashier seemed extremely annoyed with me. She sighed very loudly and made a visibly rude face to me. I understand I made a mistake; however, this simple request should not have been met with such a rude response. What I received was a greasy mess. Lettuce and beans were hiding in an excessive amount of oily meat and The food was salty. The greasy taco salad and the lack of attentive customer service left me unsatisfied and frustrated. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a quality dining experience.
