I placed an online order through the app before this store closed. when I arrived they had already shut down the drive-thru so I proceeded to go forward to the payment window I tried to get a gentleman's attention but he ignored me. I tried to gesture to my phone where I had my order pickup ID. He still proceeded to ignore me an older female also saw me and I again tried to gesture to my order ID on my phone but she just gestured they were closed. I tried to call the store in the hopes of just getting my order canceled. I could hear the phone ringing from outside the window as they ignored it on two separate attempts someone picked up the phone and just left it to where I could hear staff members mumbling and moving around I tried to speak through the phone that I was just asking for a cancellation that was all I wanted I didn't need the food I just wanted a cancellation so that I could receive a refund. No one answered and then they must have had one of the staff members called the store and leave it because then the phone rang busy to where I could not call. My frustration is the way they chose to handle the situation I don't understand why the order was accepted If they had no intentions of making the food or Even if it was a forced acceptance why they wouldn't have canceled it that way this whole situation could have been avoided.

They will help you at the counter if you're not comfortable with the kiosk. Love the steak and egg bagel (no cheese). Clean lobby and friendly staff. Parking is odd

After being parked for a comically long time for a medium coffee and having someone run in to remind the staff that we’re still waiting for something, Jesus (who was already busy running out curbside orders) was the only one who actually talked to us after a nearly 15min wait. This long wait was all for a medium iced caramel macchiato! Just to be told that the machine for it wasn’t working, and I was offered another drink. Overall, just a needlessly long affair that probably could’ve been avoided with communication and consideration of customers. It’s not realistic to expect comprehensively excellent customer service from McDonald’s, but at the very least don’t ignore my presence! Thank you Jesus for noticing us waiting and actually doing something about it!

What began as a perfect day—nice weather, quick service, & splendid employees—took a catastrophic turn after consuming a scrumptious meal at this location. The food was, unbeknownst to me, a ticking digestive time bomb.
Roughly 15 minutes after leaving & beginning to window shop at the Sun Valley Mall, my stomach began to cramp, rumble, & grumble harder than the '89 earthquake. I knew instantly that I needed a porcelain bowl or I would soil my pantaloons. I dashed to the nearest loo, tears rolling down my face, clenching my cheeks & praying to any god who would listen.
I made it!! but barely. What followed in that poor, poor porcelain bowl can only be described as a war crime. I genuinely feel remorse for the little lad who wandered in, took one whiff & ran away crying
I will never forgive this specific Golden Arches location for the disaster the food unleashed on my stomach.
