One of the better McDonald's in the east bay. Clean, friendly service and pretty quick. You can usually get a table. The drive through gets busier than the restaurant.

They put an elder lady in her 70 serving at the lobby pickup which makes it super slow and when I was there for my pick up, 10 people were over waiting. I appreciate employing diversity, but people’s time value too.

Came here on 11/9/24 at 9:15pm. I mobile ordered an iced caramel coffee and it did not come out right. It was bitter and you could tell they did not add caramel syrup. I send my boyfriend back in to get it fixed and no one spoke English and couldn’t understand what he wanted. So he came back and I decided to go in instead since I know Spanish. The second I walk into the door, the cook (some Mexican guy) immediately starts talking about me walking in out loud saying , I quote “oh here they comes again, let’s see what the problem is now.” I immediately stopped since apparently they didn’t know I spoke Spanish. I didn’t even make it to the counter and just turned around, threw away my drink, and went to a different McDonald’s. I come here everyday and now I’m never coming back.
Eggs were fairly runny, and pancakes were a little overcooked, but the rest of the Big Breakfast was pretty good!

The double drive-thru at this location is idiotic. The kid at the window is practically trying to cause customers to have fender benders. There are better mcdonalds locations within a mile or two, avoid this location!

I witnessed a female, Hispanic, manager in her 30s-40s, slap an employees hand today. Before slapping the employee's hand, my mother & I heard her speak to the employee in Spanish in a very disrespectful & aggressive way. The incident happened right in front of us as the employee was kindly giving us our order. Immediately after I saw what she had done, I asked the manager for her name and she declined, said "I'm busy", and walked away from the drive thru window and away from the employee. Police was contacted and I will be reaching out to corporate. Unfortunately, the employee has to file a report in order for it to be considered assault. This employee seemed fearful & I am completely disgusted at the unacceptable behavior I witnessed.
