I ordered a Jasmin boba milk tea, but I think I got creamy water instead, cause that’s exactly what it tastes like. But the boba is pretty good and chewy, so extra star for the boba.

I'm not big on tapioca balls in drinks.In fact I don't like balls anywhere near my mouth, but my girl loved the Boba they made her here. Woulda' given 5 stars if the claw machine hadn't cheated me out of my stuffed wookie doll.

I got the fresh milk with grass jelly—really good! Ordering is quick and easy with a kiosk, and the drink came out fast. The place was clean, and the staff (two ladies making the drinks) were efficient. I came here 3–5 years ago, and it’s definitely improved since then. Much better now. Worth a stop if you’re in the area

This place is absolutely vile. I walked in and immediately turned around and left after seeing how filthy it was. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months grimy, stained, and sticky. The walls were covered in who knows what, and the trash can lid had layers of built-up crust that made me gag. Every corner was caked with spider webs, bugs, and dirt. If this is how the front looks, I don’t even want to imagine what the back of the shop looks like. This level of neglect is disgusting. Clean your business it's a serious health hazard!

This place has completely won me over after the recent changes! The new ownership clearly knows what they're doing - the revamped recipes are ABSOLUTELY FONDERFUL! I could immediately taste the difference in my classic milk tea; richer flavor yet not overly sweet, with this perfect creamy finish that keeps me coming back.
The expanded menu is a game-changer! Not only do they have an incredible variety of creative drinks （The mango delight is super tasty！） but the new kitchen snacks surprised me too. Those yummy popcorn chicken and takoyaki！What really impressed me is their commitment to quality. You can ACTUALLY SEE fresh fruits being prepared for the fruit teas ！so nice！

I would give no starts if possible. I always come and get a specific milk tea in a size large. The last time I wanted to go, there was a sign on the door saying renovations were being done. Now, I came again when they re-opened. It’s a nice renovation inside, but they changed their menu, sizing, but kept the same prices. I paid the same price I would pay for a large, for a regular. The drink had no sweetness, no flavoring, tasted like I was just drinking a cold glass of iced milk with boba. I think if I’m paying the price of a large, I should at least be getting the same quality drink as I used to. I don’t know if it was because of the worker, but this did not remotely taste the same as the las time I came. It’s sad to see that my favorite boba place is going downhill instead of improving.

Under new management. the prices went up, only one boba size now (regular/medium) and the drinks are not the same. The reason this was such a to go spot was because of prices and quantity+quality given.
The meal was quick. The beef Katsu is small and thin and not worth the price. boba clumped together and did not break up. The portions are also small. It's different than the first time. Disappointed.

On their ordering menu, they show the drink with boba. When you get it, it doesn’t have boba and they want to charge you extra. And they totally forgot about the 2nd drink on my order. Drinks tasted okay but service was questionable.
