My Zesty Aloha pizza was missing green onions topping. I don't know if they ran out or just simply forgot about it because they didn't tell me. I only found out after opening the box back at home.

Friendly crew
We stopped by Mountain Mike's in Pleasant Hill after midnight, not expecting much since it was so late--but wow, we were blown away! Kalip was the one making our food, and he absolutely crushed it. We ordered 2 large pizzas; an Everest (Kalip's recommendation) and a custom pizza.
The pizzas came out perfectly crisp, with just the right balance of toppings and cheese. The cheesy bread was hot, gooey, and packed with flavor. To top it off, he even gave us ranch for dipping, which made everything even better.
Huge shoutout to Kalip for the amazing service and food. If you're looking for great pizza, even late at night, this is the place to go!
Super good service and very kind
When mountain Mike's in Pleasant Hill was opened with a new owner, we were so happy because their pizzas had gone downhill at this location. The first pizza I ordered with the new owner was fantastic I got the mount veggimore that I always loved. Then I went in there a second and third time ordering this thing Pizza which comes with artichoke hearts - the last two pizzas I ordered came with a marginal amount of artichoke leaves and no hearts. I took the pizza back to the counter and explain that in the explanation and in the picture online it showed actual artichoke hearts not a dried up leaf here and there. The man said but they did not do it with artichoke hearts - so I said to him I would not be coming back because I like my vegetarian pizza with artichoke hearts that I look forward to. And that for the price, I could go to Skipolini's in Concord and have their amazing Pizza, and that was going to leave a review stating the their
Pizza did not come with the toppings listed and shown on the website. He went in the back got me some artichoke hearts (which they actually did have) heated them up and brought them out for me to put up my pizza. I thanked him. Then a couple weeks later we ordered another Pizza it was picked up and delivered to me, again with dried up leaves pieces, and nno real artichoke hearts and there wasn't even a leaf on half of the pizza slices. I called and the manager said to bring the pizza back and he would make it right. When we got there, he told us that that's how they make the pizza. We said but it isn't even close to the picture and there's no actual artichoke hearts on the Pizza even though artichoke hearts are listed in the description for this pizza. He said they don't take the pictures that are on the website that Mountain Mike's does. And that we should not expect to get artichoke hearts from this location. I asked him for a refund, he gave it and I went on my way. I was super bummed. Because I actually like the flavor of their sauce and crust. So a couple weeks later I went down to the Mountain Mike's in Concord at the end of Clayton Road. Who happily gave me artichoke hearts on a pizza and couldn't believe that that wasn't happening at all the locations. What I realized at that point, is it there actually damaging the reputation of other Mountain Mike's Pizza places. If I had thought they had downgraded their vegetable pizza to just using leaves - I would not even have tried another Mountain Mike's. Now we just drive down to the Mountain Mike's on Clayton Road and get our pizzas there it's a little further but I love their Pizza and they care about our experience.
I ordered a pizza last week and it hair in it! When I called they used the excuse when it’s busy they don’t use hair nets! That’s disgusting!!!! Do not come here !!
This place is open early! It's so hard to find a pizza restaurant that is open in the morning, food is great, this guy Harry gets here early to make the dough fresh every morning

I took my coworkers to lunch yesterday, and was disappointed. The pizza was good, don't get me wrong. But when I'm paying $50 for one "large" pizza and a few fountain drinks, I'd think the portions would be... Well, I'd expect slices, not slivers.
