Great customer service! Friendly and polite. Flexible hours when making our high school pizzas.

I ordered the pizza to the wrong store, it said 25 minutes for the pizza to be ready when i arrived she let me know that I had ordered it to the wrong place, when i tried to cancel my order with this store they said I couldn’t because the pizza was already ready, which doesn’t matter, If i want to cancel my order I should be able to cancel my order, I don’t care if they had to make it, it’s a business and that’s just how business works, I made a mistake, i get that but why am I paying $60 for a pizza I didn’t get. The customer is always right and he sat and argued on the phone with me, very unprofessional!

Great location possibly the best tasting food I've had at a mountain Mike's. The facility could use a bit of an upgrade but don't let that deter you from enjoying the talented chefs creations. Rumor has it that they can make more items that are not on the menu and they do catering for private parties and events on and off site. If you haven't been and want to try a new pizza spot this is the place to try. See you there

This specific location is amazing the employees are so nice and respectful. Their customer service is top tier the environment is great and to food is fresh and made fresh. This location is definitely our go to spot from now on. I highly recommend this location for good food and great vibes💯

I was there the day the new owners took over this Mountain Mikes location on 30 Golf Club Rd, Pleasant Hill. It was like night and day and noticeably different as far as customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and making the people who walk in the door feel welcomed.
Hanish, Ekta, and Shikha treat their customers like family. This particular location is also VERY involved in supporting the local community fundraisers, schools, sports teams, organisations, etc.
The Indian-inspired pizza,/cuisine, delicious chicken sandwiches with soft bread, makes this location very unique, standing out amongst its competitors. Their Tandoori chicken and chicken curry pizza are incredible! Also, they have excellent beer choices, salad bar, and a fabulous arcade for the kids.
This is my favourite pizza place around and I’m forever a loyal customer!

Really great place especially if you want to get really interesting Pizza. They have Indian Pizza there. Never had Indian pizza till that day. Really delicious. I love Indian food but combining it with pizza is an amazing idea I believe we ordered the Himalayan one

The pizza was fantastic. The service was excellent. The woman who took our order was so nice. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our food and experience. When she overheard me say to my wife, “wow that Tandoori chicken pizza sounds amazing”, a similar pizza came out to the buffet area and she offered my family a slice to try. It was delicious. I had already put in an order or I might have changed it. There are a nice variety of games and table games for everyone to have a fun time, and there is a nice selection of beer on tap. My new favorite Mountain Mikes for sure!!! Thank you to the owners and cooks. We will be back.

I recently visited Mountain Mike's and had the most incredible experience! Ekta, the owner, provides the best customer service I have ever encountered. She is always greeting everyone with a smile and a kind heart.

The curry breadsticks are phenomenal and truly blew my mind and taste buds. To top it off, I witnessed Ekta's generosity firsthand when she helped some kids who didn't have enough money.

I'll definitely be coming back whenever I crave pizza. The pizza here is fantastic and even better than Doppio Pizza at the Veranda! Highly recommend Mountain Mike's for a memorable and delicious dining experience.

Visiting from out of town. Pizza wasn’t bad. Mozzarella sticks def frozen. Missing marinara in the delivery. But hey, they got the 20oz Dr Pepper right.
