ordered food through the app today. my order was incorrect. I called to report it and they told me I had to contact nations online to get a refund for the incorrect order. nothing online to get a refund. they were not helpful at all and acted like it wasn't a big deal. but it is a big deal when you are on your lunch hour and you use all of said hour to get food and still don't get to eat! I want a refund!!!
