Nation's Giant Hamburgers & Great Pies

This place is about that classic nations food. Everything comes out as desired. Quality is there. Affordable for the whole family. Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Burgers & Breakfast are my two favorites. Staff is excellent.

Called Pleasnt Hill Nations on Sunday, Oct. 6th around 8:40 p.m., my call was put on hold immediately..... for the next 24 minutes - tge call was then hung up. I called back, stated I'd been on hold for 24 min. and called back to see if phone was working. Clerk says ... "OH, sorry .... what would you like to order?" Nothing! I'd already walked in, ordered. 2 other parties were waiting, 2 Uber pick ups came and left. Got my order, walked out and after another 4 mintues- they hung up the phone.

Guess Natins doesn't like phone orders. ZERO on customer service. And the fries were warm and wimpy.

Was hungry for a late night meal so I stopped by for a chili cheese dog and bacon cheeseburger oh and a vanilla shake to boot. Excellent food but it would have been better if there were utensils since the chili dog was a mess to handle. My introverted self couldn't be bothered to ask anyone so I dug in Malaysian style (it means I used my hands you neanderthal). Crowd was a bit ghetto but they didn't bother me.

Still the best DGB (Death Grip Burger, def a burger you grab and not let go as it is juicy and a wonderful delicious messy burger) I have found for a great price.

The Pleasant Hill restuarant is the best in the east bay for sure. It's ALWAYS immaculately clean and the people who work there are A+++

I have to say one of the best banana split bars I've ever had in my life also whatever they call the barbecue burger delicioso

Had a bacon cheese burger with an over medium egg on it and it was awesome and they have some of the best fries in town. Staff are friendly and patient even when dealing with unruly food delivery people. A+

I happen to really like a good Nations burger. Cheeseburger. Salmon burger. And the food here did not disappoint. However, we had some specific requests no tomatoes etc. She took the order correct but when we got on the road and unwrapped our burgers.... they were not correct. Maybe she could pay a little more attention to detail. ?‍???‍♂️

Nations is an excellent local chain. Great burgers, good choice of other Meal items. Wonderful pies! And the folks behind the counter are really pleasant.
