First time going to this Outback. It was nice but a little too dark. The lights were hella dim but it was quiet and our server was very nice.

Service was not very good. Guess we got a bad server. Waited too long for food (+30 min) on a not so busy night. We had to request bread where other servers were giving bread out without asking. The family to our right didn’t even get bread from the same server. Food was cold by the time it got to us and the salad had hardly any green lettuce (a lot of yellow). We and the folks at the next table had to beg for our checks after waiting over 20 minutes as if we were being held hostage. Not a good experience and probably will not return to the location again. 👎🏽

Outback's a popular spot around here. You can always count on the food being good, and the staff's always friendly. It's a great place to go if you're just looking for a good, casual meal. The Blooming Onion is a must-have!
Pro tip: if there's a wait, grab a seat at the bar – usually no waiting there!

So long you bear in mind management satisfaction comes first!

1. NO Substitutions allowed. According to the Owner/Manager, if you want to replace a side item with another side item with the main dish, "you order it separately and pay for it" as she crudely puts it.

I requested my veggies side with only carrots and zucchini skipping the broccoli - the waiter tells me they will ONLY remove the broccoli without compensating with more zucchini or carrots....

VEGGIES and STEAK arrived LUKEWARM. Mashed potatoes was warm.

2. The service could afford some upgrade to average.
