HORRIBLE SERVICE. Packed my food and my fiances food and left it sitting on the counter while they bagged other people's food and rang other people up while we waited 15 minutes and they kept walking past us if oring the fact we were trying to pay and our food was already sitting on the counter getting cold. I refused to pay and I refuse to come back to this panda express EVER again. If I can rate them 0 stars I would

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for fried rice after already waiting over 10 minutes for my teriyaki chicken. It doesn’t make sense—these items should have been prepped in advance, or at the very least, they could have let us know there would be a delay before we got in line. Waiting like that is frustrating, and it really messed with the flow of things. Poor planning and communication all around.

The cashiers are not trained nor knowledgeable on how to redeem panda points it’s like they want you to pay full price?? Points are good for 365 days days per app, cashier said oh it’s expired no you just down know how to ring it up properly. Managers please teach your crew.

The food is very good but they serve you very little👎And even more little food if the person who serves you is an Asian they even take food away from you, because they have too much food 🤷♀️

Foods getting way too expensive they don’t put enough of me in the bowls anymore, and if I asked for Them to actually fill the bowl then I’m already paying for it’s considered extra and a bowl was $14 which is supposed to be cheaper than a plate. The manager was no help.

I ordered delivery a few days ago and they charged me for the 4 apple pie rolls, they forgot to give them to me and when I filed a complaint they just ignored me so they stole my money and there’s plenty of places around here that won’t so I’d suggest avoiding this place they don’t seem to care about or value their customers only Money they owe me like $8 and are just IGNORING me and I was gunna give them so much business during free delivery, don’t order it they will screw your order up and you’re just ripped off they STEAL your money and the taxes for food they didn’t provide WORST Panda Express I’ve ever ordered from and awful customer service absent customer service they don’t care so I’m never ordering from here again byeeeee you lost a great customer and you owe me money you’d be smart to reimburse me before I file a dispute for $8 with my bank I can get tons of food from Taco Bell with $8!
